Awesome service and great prices. They have great customer service and they where very fast and professional. I had my Guage repaired on my avalanche and it got repaired and sent back the same day it arrived. The owner is great to work with and is very honest. I highly recommend this shop.

I needed a trip reset button for my gauge cluster. I contacted several repair services. They all just said send me your cluster and several hundred dollars and I'll fix it for you. I'm fairly handy and had already rebuilt my whole cluster I just needed to source the trip reset button to finish the job. I found Davis Custom Services advertised on E-bay and thought what the heck I'll send a message. The response I received was "call me on the phone here is my number" That surprised me! I called and John immediately answered and knew who I was. He said shoot me your address and I'll mail you the component free of charge and I'll even cover the shipping! Wow! Now that is customer service! I'm so impressed I think i'll let John redo all the lightbulbs throughout the truck instead of doing it myself! Take note competition, this is how you gain loyal repeat business! Thanks again John!

I’m from Massachusetts and a friend of mine suggested for me to send my cluster to Davis Custom Services for repairs because my gas gauge wasn’t working properly and my trucks battery would die consistently. I also decided to upgrade the color of my dash to blue which looks amazing and the photo doesn’t do justice. I definitely would recommend Davis Custom Services to do a total rebuild of your cluster if your having and issues.

I ordered the repair service from Mr. Davis on Ebay unfortunately I was unable to leave my comments there , so I will leave them here. My first thought of using the repair service was skeptical, however John proved my worries were not needed. He responded to every message I sent and he sent me his contact info so we could talk on the phone. My Instrument cluster was knocked out by lightening striking my van. John told me upfront he didn't know if the cluster was repairable until he was able to look at it but was willing looked forward to the challenge. Once he received the cluster , he quickly got on it and as we both suspected , it was not repairable. John offered several options for me and explained the details of each option. I am 100% satisfied with how John responds and does exactly what he says he will do. I highly recommend his service to anyone in need . If I could give 10 stars, I would. Thank you John.

Had an amazing experience here. I broke down on my way fishing in South Haven. My truck was picked up, hauled back and fixed in a timely manner. John did a professional job, and even waited till I was done fishing to meet me. He also invited me for beer and bbq chicken. I would rate higher then 5 stars if I could. Definitely would recommend!!!!

I don’t know anything about how John conducts his business or the quality of his cluster work but after 4 hours of sitting on the highway with an engine drained of coolant and 4 little monsters yelling in the back seats, he was the only Good Samaritan to stop and see if everything was ok and to lend a hand. He correctly diagnosed the issue to be a bad hose and gave me his discount at Autozone which I took full advantage of. Thanks to John, I was able to save a ton of diagnostics time since all shops would have been closed till next Tuesday and also saved a bit on parts at the Zone. After a quick swap out of that hose in the parking lot we were able to drive back home with no problems. Huge thanks John!

I used Davis Custom Services to repair and upgrade my instrument panel for a 2005 Yukon XL Denali. There were multiple bulbs burned especially out and multiple gauge motors were sticking causing the meedles to not move or slowly move. I went with the uktimate service which replaces all the step motors and upgrade the bulbs to LED. WOW what a difference the bright blue LEDS make. I also bought a white face panel with blue needles from another place and John put them in for me. At night it really lights up the dasboard. I highly reccommend John. Don't use the cheap knock off companies. You will not be disappointed.

First off, havent seen my speed tac in nearly 2 years. You can imagine the smile on my face! Shipped a cluster on a Friday, got it back following Thursday looking brand new! With a lifetime warranty this value is amazing! Service is friendly! Will be reccomending to friends!

I went here to get my cluster on my truck repaired that Matick Chevrolet told me COULD NOT BE FIXED😡 I was totally impressed with the professionalism displayed by Mr.Davis! He was very kind and courteous and gave me super educated answers to every question i asked about multiple problems i was having with my truck. Mr. Davis not only repaired what was wrong with my cluster, he also installed some of the most beautiful background lights a person could dream of then came outside and put my cluster back together then he went above and beyond by installing these beautiful interior lights inside my truck that takes you to a different realm of reality and tranquility when sitting in it's light. Now comes one of the most heartfelt situations that I've experienced as a grown man, i asked Mr. Davis how much he wanted for turning the inside of my truck to a fortress of solitude and he answered "NOTHING, JUST MAKE SURE TO TREAT THE NEXT PERSON THE WAY I TREATED YOU" and this brought tears to my eyes by this man spending 8 hours of his time to do this heavenly deed for me that should've costed at least $500. Plus he charged me only a fraction of what others would have to repair my cluster! For the kindness and friendliness that Mr. Davis and his smoking hot assistants showed me and my family the other day tells me that if ANYONE has something negative to say about his work or him that they are full of you know what and they're up to no good! I'll finish this by saying if anyone needs work done on their clusters and the BS dealerships lie to you saying it can't be fixed, make sure to reach out to Mr. Davis and i promise you that you'll leave his place a very HAPPY SOUL!!
