Ned and Jerry were two of the most helpful and funny employees I’ve met at any O’Reileys. My girlfriend’s tie rod snapped so we were stranded in the WalMart parking lot. Luckily, this location was right across the street. After getting an amazing, affordable mobile mechanic, we found out what part we needed and thankfully they had it. Ned and Jerry helped us find the right part we needed as well as getting us the right tool to rent for the job. They explained the process clearly and kept things fun and lighthearted. We returned the tool after a successful job and they were so kind and we had a great conversation. The even complimented us for being such great customers, it made our night! Highly recommend coming to this location, it’s got some real cool dudes.

I stopped by O’Reilly’s to get new windshield wipers the other day as mine were literally falling apart and it was about to storm. I believe the gentleman who helped me was the Assistant Manager, William. He was kind, patient and when I asked if he could help me put them on, he did so without hesitation. It’s a breath of fresh air to see hard workers with great customer service.

I've had the pleasure of visiting different O'Reilly locations around DFW but this one took the award. First of all, the store was clean and stocked very well. I had no problem finding what I had come to purchase. To my wonder, the little machine that helps you find the correct window wiper blades was actually working so that was fantastic. While I was checking out, the registrar asked me for my number which pulled up my name in their system. To my surprise, the young gentleman pronounced my name correctly and acted like he was glad that I came. Most people just say what the price is, you pay, and u leave. No thank u or goodbye and see u next time... I went outside to install the wiper blades and apparently I had purchased the most complicated wipers known to man. I went back inside and asked for help, which if u didn't know, they just so happen to offer free assistance installing wiper blades. The older gentleman joined me outside and took his time explaining how-to and how not-to install the blades. What a wonderful learning lesson. I went back inside to order a full assembly for the third brake light with ease. They were able to find the part, order it, and advise me to pick up on Monday morning. I also grabbed a couple of fuel additives while i was there. The registrar offered a suggestion for a different brand and I happily took his advice. All-in-all, it was a wonderful experience and I would strongly recommend u visit this location is Lake Worth as well. They will help in any way possible and actually thank u for your business. I have gone to this location on Grapevine highway , otherwise known as 26, they took me right to the product I needed after checking the reading from my check engine light I would go there again thank you for your kindness and your help

I went to the lake Worth store today had a headlight out in my and Anthony and Brandon and Eric we're kind enough to come out not only tell me what was wrong with my life but to change it for me in the parking lot.. O'Reilly's sold me the right part fixed the car for me great customer service thank you guys!!!

Excellent customer service each & every time (we unfortunately have to go there often)! Parts are often less than Auto Zone (not always & it's hard to beat Amazon) but O'Reilly staff has always been extremely helpful and friendly. Highly recommended. *Just visited O'Reilly Auto Parts @ Lake Worth again on 5/2/22 and wanted to confirm my positive review of them. Still 5 stars all the way!

Great store knowledgeable service the one guy that was wearing the St Patrick's Day hat was kind of creeping me out and he just seemed to be watching me in a manner that implied he considered me to be a possible shoplifter so that was not very inviting but the rest of the staff was great and even this gentleman was great with his product knowledge so five stars for O'Reilly's

They were able to find the parts kit I needed, had it ordered to come into the store by 6pm. I ended up not needing it for the repair, however I brought it back the next day. Original, un-opened packaging and the return process was pain-free. The money went immediately back onto my card. THANKYOU, O'Reilly Auto Parts. There is a reason I choose them over @utoZone if at all possible.

This is a great location hands down. I get all my parts for my 64 caddy here at this location. The entire staff here are very knowledgeable and so very helpful. They always have the parts I need and if I need parts ordered they have no problem getting them for me in a timely manner and at a great price. I highly recommend this location. Thanks guys for all your help.

Associates are nice and accommodating. I had to come to this location because they were the only store within 25 miles that had the battery I was looking to purchase. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking to buy parts for their cars.

This review is more about the service provided by Richard and less about O’Reilly.

Richard was running the store by himself and doing it very well. He greeted everybody that walked in and kept a smile while checking out in store customers and answering the phone at the same time. Auto part store service usually sucks but Richard made it bearable. Thanks for the help finding a v belt for my drill press! Keep up the good work.

Went in today to buy a resistor for my Yukon's blower motor
Richard went way above and beyond to make sure I got the correct part
Because I wasn't sure the wires would match, he took my vin and called GM to match up with my original part, and said he could order it
Even though I bought the aftermarket part, spliced the wires, and it worked, I can't say enough about Richard, and what he did today
Service like that is so rare these days
