What can I say? These guys are so fantastic. Changed my battery, was super kind and told me that I was amazing as I was leaving.

Timothy was extremely helpful when charging and changing my battery. He was very thorough and efficient. He is very polite, patient and exceptional customer service skills. He should be given a raise and a promotion. I will definitely be back to this Autozone and recommend it to everyone I know in Lake Worth. Thank you again Timothy for your help!

Ray and Rene are the best!! Rene helped me find the right lug nut, put it on and Change my headlight bulbs. Ray literally scrapped his hand to make sure it was installed correctly. GREAT service, clean shop 5/5 stars please go here

My car battery was dead and Raymond B. was a tremendous help! Not only did he go above and beyond by selling me the battery, promptly, he had top notch customer service. He changed the battery out for me, and I was back to work in no time. I will definitely use this auto zone when I’m in the area, knowing I will get prompt service with an awesome team!

Walked in the door and was greeted promptly by 2 employees. One ask me if I needed help finding a part or a product. I said yes told them what I was looking for. They walked me right over to the aisle took it off-the-shelf and said is this it? We walked up the register paid and I left. I was in and out within 6 minutes. It was a great experience. I will definitely return.

I stopped at this Auto Zone location to procure windshield wiper blades for my vehicle before its state inspection. William, one of the service managers, looked up my vehicle information and made recommendations that made my purchase experience a good one. I am happy with the outstanding customer service I received, and I will return to this location.

Let’s just say if I could give 10star a I would. Ok this makes the 4th autozone I’ve been to and Rene over here at store number 3071 has saved the day for me Omg I can’t explain how happy and grateful I am for him. He was very patient and extremely understanding. The problem I had for 2weeks with this right side halogen headlight and 3 others told me this and that one guy even told me the headlight looked new and it took coming over to lake worth with Rene who helped me and notice the bulb was blown out! Whooohoo Thanks you Rene and if you ever need assistance with your car GO SEE RENE LAKEWORTH 🥳🥳

Went in to warranty a battery and Susie was quick to help and get me taken care of. There was a bit if a mix up in the system to process the warranty, Ofelia stepped in and worked tirelessly to push it through. Both deserve high praise for their efforts while keeping their cool on a hot and busy day. I purchased some durulast hood support parts and didnt have the ball connectors to instal; came to the lake worth autozone store and Ray and Q gave me the missing parts and installed the pieces in minutes! These guys get it done

I didn't catch their names. It was a young man and woman working at this location on 5/13/23 around 5 o'clock. I went in needing a headlight bulb for my Toyota. I'm always operating on a budget. I told the young lady what wanted. She found one for me in the system. However, she found a cheaper one on the shelf. I buy it and go out to change it myself. But, discovered I has one bulb. I thought I had to purchase something else. I go back inside to inquire and the young man said" you don't need anything else. " He escorted me outside and changed the bulb for me! They saved me a little over $50! Because, if I had gone to my amazing mechanic it would have cost me parts and labor $55. Amazing customer service at its best.
