Check in quick and efficient. Appointment right on time. Julie personable and thorough in her assessment of both my ears and my hearing aids. Julie is a dedicated, experienced, and conscientious audiologist. She listens carefully to your explanation of the problem, and if she doesn’t know the answer, she pursues the issue with the hearing aid company. I’ve worked with many audiologists over my more than 70 years, and she is certainly one of the two best people I’ve been fortunate to have.

We recently had an Appt for our daughter, and we had such a positive experience! Even though she was being a little inquisitive and impatient, the staff and doctor were so understanding and kind to work with. Results were super quick, and follow-up from our PCP was a breeze. We would highly recommend the team here again!

I'm really impressed w the audiologist at Clearview. I've seen many audiologists, and she's the best. She listened carefully to my description of my circumstances and is working w me to find the right hearing aids. I can try them out before purchase!

I went to the audiology presentation which was excellent. Then I scheduled by appointment which I had today. Julie is very dedicated to giving her client her best service. I am looking forward to receiving my hearing aids. At the presentation, Julie expertise regarding fitting and adjusting hearing aids for each client was highly proclaimed.

A year later i had a follow up hearing test. My hearing had not changed enough too note. July cleaned and adjusted the volume a little. I had been afraid of loosing my hearing aids. She put these little plastic wires on them that goes up into the curve of the ear. What a difference. They feel very secure now. I was so grateful with the quality of hearing aids the Veterans Administration provides for the vets.

Everyone that i have talked to says Julie is the best audiologists in the area. God bless and care for you always. We need you around for years to give us this great service that comes from your heart!

Great experience, they put me on a cancelation list and got me in very fast. Kind staff, and the audiologist (Julie) was also very nice & professional. The appointment was quick but thorough, and the bill quite modest. Definitely recommend.

Dr. Cheng is my audiologist at this clinic and I’ve found her to be an excellent and caring doctor. She is always attentive and patient to make sure that my needs and/or concerns are resolved. I am greatly appreciative of her professionalism and support.
