I’ve been buying from these guys since 2016. These are a great group of people! This is the first time I’ve ordered online and I’m very impressed with the packaging they did! Thank you for everything you do USA Lab!!!

My order arrived quicker than I expected, to my delight.
I was also pleasantly surprised by the way it was packed considering the fragile nature of the items ordered.

USA LABS has outstanding service in many ways! I would like to First start with the owner Dave. He has been a stand up guy for the day he personally toured us on a Sunday (they are closed on Sundays). We did not make a purchase that day but he sat with use for over a hour and a half and gave us shirts on the way out the door. Dave also took a call for me this last weekend on a Sunday morning. Now on to the staff... they are always ready to help from the second you walk in the door! They will answer 1,000 tech questions calls and not act annoyed (Matt and Dan). Furthermore, if they don’t have the answer they guide you on to the next person that does. While I might not be a good customer because I have keep them for an hour past closing twice.... there is a reason I drive 6 hours round trip to purchase from them

Dave is awesome, he goes out of his way to make sure you get the best price and are completely satisfied! They always have different pieces of used equipment coming in and out. The used equipment is good and priced really low! I got an used Edwards 30 vacuum pump that was in great shape for $1600. I also got a really nice used fume hood with stand for $400. Their prices are unbeatable anywhere. I have recommended them to all of my friends and they have all had the same great service and prices that I have gotten!

I was very excited to order from this Company! I work in a lab where we have their product, had an issue that was taken care of overnight!!!! I'm a firm believer in the WOW factor and it seemed to me this Co. is dedicated to this as well. So I ordered a cpl products to use at home. When I received the unit, I wasnt ably to get it working. They sent me out another unit, their "show" unit. It worked but wasn't New, like I had ordered. They let me keep the show unit and sent out a new one asap.Dan, if your reading this...THANKS A MILLION!!! That's the WOW factor all business should have!!! USA LAB IS a excellent example of Proper Customer Service at its best!!!!

We purchased a turn-key system and I was very nervous at first. I could not understand why the price was so low (compared to ChemGlass which was nearly 2x cost). We have been using the system every week for months now and so far it has worked great. I would give them 5 stars for service - we had some difficulties with setup as the instruction manuals were challenging to understand (perhaps not written by a native english speaker) and USA Lab helped us through it. They helped us with many questions regarding reagents (amounts and mix ratios) to run the heater/chillers as well. Every time we called we were able to speak with a technician. I would give the quality 4 -stars - We did have some issues with sticking joints, had to tape over a few joints to prevent leaks, and drilled a hole through the stir rod to better secure it (uses screw that presses into but does not go through - poor design). For higher viscosity materials the reactor may shake a bit, so make sure to re-tighten all bolts. All of those updates/fixes were very simple (and cheap to address). the pumps all seem to work well. I would recommend! Def worth the price.

These guys are the best!! They're totally honest, helpful, fair and offer great customer service. They've even helped us with equipment that we didn't buy from them. I wish everyone that we did biz with was as cool as these people are!

I’ve never shopped at a store that made you feel like family as soon as you walk in more than this one. John always hooks me up with free stuff when I go in there and today I even got some home made salsa I just so happen to be eating right now and it’s fantastic lol. Honestly if lab equipment is what you are in the market for you would have to be crazy or dumb to shop somewhere else.

This was not my first visit to USA lab! I am 100% happy with the service and helpful owner who personally took care of me and my 7 and 9 year old boys. My kids wanted to make some kid experiments this summer and he knew just what we were looking for to facilitate learning. Thanks USA Lab Equipment for a fun day with my kids. Also the shop looks great!

These guys are simply awesome. Family owned with friendly customer service. Even when I had a defective item that I had to return I was treated with friendly respectful service. They tested the item & got me fixed up rite away. They answered all of my questions & really helped me get what i needed to get the job done. Thank You U.S.A. LAB!

USA Lab equipment was very helpful with excellent customer service when we needed our vacuum pump rebuilt. The pump was turned around in one day and back to our lab two days after that. A+++++

He seems like he buys very high quality products at Mass volume to get very resondable pricing to his customers. Dave seems like a very knowledgeable! hard-working! honest! and dedicated farmer/ business man! I’m from chicago and there’s nowhere that offers what USA labs offers so check them out either In person or online! I look forward to doing future business with them!

P.s. They are in the extraction game so if your getting into the cannabis market you should be able to get all your Scientific equipment from these guys.
