Brad did an excellent job of explaining the differences between the different makes and models of the dishwashers which were right on point with the research we had done. He also gave us a great deal and was able to have it delivered the same day! Jim from the delivery / installation company did a great job and was able to get the dishwasher installed quickly despite our parents’ home being a little outdated.

I purchased a new refrigerator and stove and the entire process was handled expertly by Angelo. My items were special order and the estimates for delivery were right on target. I highly recommend ABC warehouse.

I went last year to get a new washer because the old one I had broke they were very reasonable on the price and they even deliver it for free for me the guy who sold me the washer he was very nice also that's the reason why I'm giving it a five-star

Recently purchased a refrigerator, range and dishwasher. Damon was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products as well as scheduling delivery and installation. He always had time for us wether in the store or on the phone. Good experience all the way around.

Sending out a BIG Thank you to my awesome sales person, Brad for hooking me up with a great deal on my GE stove & huge GE fridge. He was very helpful, courteous & listened to what I was looking for, which is very important :) Also, a HUGE thank you to the delivery brothers, Jack & Jarek. They were very courteous & consensus on how to bring in this Huge fridge through my front door. A very tight fit which they lifted it up & in with no problem. The brothers were awesome & left with a side thought about getting a mattress from Brad so they can come back to delivery it :) Thanks again for the Great service Brad, Jack & Jarek :)

My wife Nancy and I came to ABC Warehouse after a horrible experience with Lowe's which resulted in us cancelling our order. We shared the experience with Salesman Angelo Boji and he said, "That's not going to happen here, I've got you." We were looking to buy a stainless steel appliance package. Don't want to bore you with the whole story, but he wasn't kidding! Some adjectives to describe the experience: Friendly, professional, knowledgeable, caring, outgoing, etc.
Management: Angelo deserves commendation for this one ( and probably many more!!)

We would highly recommend ABC Warehouse (and Angelo) to all friends, family, coworkers and anyone else looking to buy appliances, furniture, mattresses,. etc.

Damon was fantastic from start to finish! Took the time to show me a bunch of different refrigerators after I realized that the one I picked out wouldn't fit. Was able to get me great financing and next day delivery even though it was late on a Friday!! Also wanted to point out that the delivery team was absolutely wonderful as well. They were on time kept in communication with me about my delivery time and there was no damage to either the appliances or my house!

I recently had to replace 3 appliances, one still under warranty, within a short time & now all of them are under extended warranty. It's a good & necessary thing, I never thought so before. The items are great & the sales people are stupendous! I highly recommend them.

Good Customer Services. Damion help me. He was highly knowledgeable, supper friendly and was very in tune with me and my mom's needs. The store was beautiful and didn't look like a warehouse at all. .The design and layout makes sense. The experience makes me what to shop at ABC. The selection and the service is awesome.

I have recently had many encounters with the staff at the Livonia, MI store. I can honestly say that my rating would have never reached 5 stars if it wasn't for the amazing customer service that my husband and I received while working with Damon. He has GREAT customer service skills and has been all around polite, professional, and easy to work with!!! During a recent endeavor I was assisted by John. It was not the same professional encounter that I have experienced during other visits. He was visibly upset about something (I heard him cursing when walking into the office door up front), and he wasn't terribly interested in assisting me. I explained to him that I had worked with Damon during my others visits and that he had told me I could exchange my dishwasher replacement for a different model. He replied "you'll have to come back on a day that Damon is here than. I don't know how to do that", and walked away. Luckily, my very next visit to the store, Damom was there again and was able to bump my review back to 5 stars. Overall I highly recommend this store, and Damon! Their prices are reasonable and they stand by their products.

Damon was outstanding in his service and professionalism! After discovering that our wall oven combo that was PAID for at Big George’s in Ann Arbor was sold to someone else, I called the ABC Warehouse in Livonia and spoke with Damon. I explained my issue and he checked his stock, finding he had the LG wall oven combo model we needed. This was on a Friday afternoon and he guaranteed me he could have it delivered to his store on Monday. I asked if he would price match and he did so without hesitation. I met with him on Saturday to make the purchase and on Monday he sent me a text showing the wall oven combo had arrived.
I would highly recommend speaking with Damon for your appliance needs and ABC Warehouse in Livonia. If he is not available, I would recommend speaking with Wayne.

It's not just the products why you return - it's mostly the customer service! Hats off to Damon and Wayne for outstanding customer service 5 stars!!!

After having my washer go out on a Saturday night and spending the better part of my Sunday going to 3 competitors and none of them having the washer we were looking for in stock/to view we found Mo at ABC Warehouse in Livonia. From start to finish it was an absolute pleasure working with him. He made us feel like family and took great care of us. We walked out of there spending significantly less than we would have at the competitors with even better finance offers and free delivery. Can’t recommend him enough. Go see Mo! You won’t regret it.

I stopped in on mother's day to pay for a new stove and walked out of there with a high top dining room table, a huge speaker, a beautiful kitchen hutch, they gave us a deal we couldn't refuse!! I will refer anyone who is buying appliances and furniture.

Went in to buy a microwave. The gentleman who helped us was great went over all the different options for us. Walked out very happy.
