THE EMPLOYEES HERE ARE AMAZING When I went to this location I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door by barista Kayla SUCH HARD WORKERS I left in tears because I know these teenagers are truly doing their best and when I was driving home I even hit the curb because I was crying lol. Amazing iced chai made by Ozzy as well the foam.

Huge place with nice seating area. Staff is very friendly.

Excellent customer service!!! Went in and ordered 15 drinks like a boss and partner Ivan Castillo was able to make each drink under 5 minutes. Great guy, amazing fashion style and very witty. I am so proud of this starbucks and this city. I know times are tough, so it is amazing to see such youthful attractive people at starbucks changing lives, one drink at a time.

Whoever made my drinks today, is a complete PRO! They did a great job. My mango tea and strawberry tea were on point. My caramel frap is well blended and not watered down. Amazing thank you for caring to do your job. Some places are horrible but this one 2 thumbs up.

Barista Lucien makes sure my coffee is well grind and it’s delicious to the taste of my mouth. He really knows how to grind coffee the right way especially when asked for the third time. He takes orders really well. I like when there is extra whip cream on my coffee.

Probably one of the best Starbucks I’ve gone to. Excellent staff and line was FAST! I’ve never had a perfect run through with Starbucks before. Hope the workers know they’re doing great!

Really digging this new Starbucks! I’ve known the Manager since I was in High School well over thirteen years her and her staff are super friendly even me and the security guards became cool lol like the convenience of it being close to home definitely has a nice feel and ambiance! I give it two thumbs up! 👍👍

Received an order that was made wrong at another location. Jenna was amazing and was able to remake the drink without issue. Thank you for the great customer service.

not sure why people are complaining about the wait try working in retail for once so you can understand, it’s probably understaff and having customers who don’t comply can be a hassle. it’s really no big deal give them a break, promise you if you don’t come back it won’t matter lol they get payed by the hour not by the person (:! FYI

One of my favorite coffee shops.

Abraham went over and beyond. He was very friendly and showed empathy. Before my son’s football practice we stopped at this location for a black tea lemonade. Once I got my drink, I rushed to my car. Once we left, I tasted my drink and it was JUST BLACK TEA. I was so upset because we didn’t have time to go back. I also live in Redlands. We only come out to San Bernardino for football practice.
Abraham helped with this whole situation and was very kind and professional. I really appreciate his professionalism.

I'm a Starbucks fanatic and can say for a fact that every Starbucks is different. This one seems to have opened up with better trained employees and my drinks come out the way they're supposed to so I'm very pleased with this location.

I absolutely love this location. Recently they’ve made a lot of changes and good ones. I received a hot food item with a cute little message on it

Friendly staff, my order was correct, drive thru is well placed, line was long but that's expected at 8am. I'm the shopping center with Cardenas.

Love this Starbucks. Baristas are always very nice . Always get my order right . Great attitude..

Service has been exceptional every visit! Don't be in a rush, because you are going to wait. Drinks are made just right.
