Carl’s Jr.

Great food (always fresh and high quality) very fast friendly service (great employees!) but what I don't like is last time there were like 4 people hanging out by the drive through entrance. It was hot, they were probably just trying to stay in the shade but you never know which one could rob you as you wait in line so I left and went to Burger King.

I go to this Carl's most often because the food is most always hot and there is no line.
I ordered a steak and egg breakfast burrito which is sublime here. Obviously their burgers, chicken and desserts are also great. Try them out.

We just used the drive-thru, but service was quick even though the breakfast burrito was made after we ordered it. I was also pleasantly surprise that the prices were reasonable even after the minimum wage increase.

I just wanted to thank the store employees and Manager Ninette she is the sweetest. As a busy mom, whether we come through the drive through or sit to dine in. The service and food is always great. 👌 Keep up the great work!!

Not bad service, but you know. The soda Was out of service and I can't blame him for that. That could happen to anybody. The employee's apologized and I was happy. Thank you.

I recently visited Carl's Jr. and was extremely pleased with my experience. I used the drive-thru and was impressed with how fast and friendly the service was. My order was correct and arrived hot, which was a pleasant surprise. Additionally, there was nothing missing from my order, which can sometimes be an issue at fast-food restaurants.

Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience at Carl's Jr. and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for fast and friendly service, and a delicious meal. Based on my experience, I would give them a full 5 stars. Thank you, Carl's Jr., for providing such great service!

Ninette is an amazing asset to this company! I really love her attitude and how positive and real she is. I have a Carl's Jr that's way closer to me but I rather drive a little to this Carl's Jr because of the excellent service!

Service is excellent. Staff and management are amazing crew. I always eat there when I'm in town. I live a hour away and always make it a point to make a visit.

Had a breaded chicken meal and med coke. Sandwich was good and fries ok just didn't hit the spot. Restaurant was clean and staff was friendly

Guy who took my order must've been having a bad day. But my food was excellent. Warm 🍟, too.

Way overpriced food. Will not go there again. Two meals and two extra sandwiches were over $50!!!

We have visited this location twice recently, once being thru drive thru for dinner and the other inside for breakfast. Both times our orders were fast, fresh (the biscuits are the best!), and accurate. Just wanted to also praise the morning crew, I was especially impressed with them. In these days customer service skills are lacking, however, We watched one of the crew members being very kind, compassionate, and showing a lot of patience with an elderly woman trying to order. It's a reminder that there is still hope for the younger generation.

I didn't have exact change for my combination meal, and the drive through clerk was super understanding. They gave me an adequate amount of time to fish out the requisite number of quarters that I had lost in my seat cushions and made sure that the chicken tender meal was perfect for my date that night.

Though had to leave. To many homeless hanging inside the establishment. Didn't feel comfortable around them.

They were nice and much different experience than I expected. I thought I was going to get mc donald's service, instead I got way better. Once I entered I was greeted by the manager. He also took my order, and since there was no one behind me continued with small talk. My hamburger did not look like the picture but because of the good service I did not mind.

Actually not bad. Burgers are always delicious. But the fries can be hit or miss.
Can't recall ever having an issue with my food though.
Definitely one of my go-to burger places given the area.

This is by far the best Carl's Jr location that I have been to. The customer service is great and they always have menu items available.

Carl's Jr. Me and girlfriend favorite food since where in Redlands high school 1986 move to Washington state still eating Carl's Jr so many memories me and my girlfriend we used to go eat a lot Carl's Jr. RIP 9/11 she was working in Pentagon she pass away the center of Pentagon.
