Jack in the Box

Diane(?) made our day. After getting frustrated with McD's shift supervisor, we walked out and crossed the street for Jack in the Box instead. Diane is the total opposite... she's very warm, friendly, PROFESSIONAL, and totally accommodating.

We came back July 4th because of Diane. She's not around, but the manager who served us has the same demeanor... very warm, friendly, attentive, and PROFESSIONAL.

We added more food to our orders because of their excellent customer management.

Clean store, food was hot and fresh and friendly competent employees. About nine thousand places to charge your phone/device, the super duper drink choice machine. I will definitely come back!!!

If you haven't tried the cluck sandwich yet, it may be a good idea in the near future. I've tried them at all the other places but Jack takes the prize. So good.

Stop by and pick up a strawberry shake, delicious. Order the classic chicken sandwich. Savage taste is good. I just don't like that they don't look the way they look on the order menu when you get them. Area was clean, free of Vagrants. Place was busy .

Went at 7:00 a.m and the service was quick. The food looked and tasted great. Did not look like it was just thrown together, but actually made correctly. To the morning staff at 7:00 a.m on 3/2/23, keep up the good work.

Great service, it can be really crowed at times and because of the rush, they have forgotten some of my food items. The staff is friendly, but there is a plus size Mexican woman who isn't very friendly she had an told team just give it to her all her food is there with an Attitude. When she looked right at me having eye contact. When I got home, live very far away I was so disappointed but my sister said let's go back to get our meal, that we paid for she called them letting them know what had happened got back in the car went back and waiting in line all over again really long wait i was starving:( finally we got to the window she just toss our meal to the person said give them this not even sorry, not a free anything we understand we're human, but where was the nice service

I don't go to Jack in the box very often but this was a very good experience. This location is brand new so everything is in great condition. The restrooms we're super clean! The service was fast and the servers were very courteous. I had a breakfast sandwich and it was very good. It even looked like the pictures on the menu.

I usually go here just to grab a Oreo shake once in awhile. They are really delicious I just wish they'd bring the eggnog milkshakes back during Christmas.

Although it was lunch time and cars were backed up in the drive thru, the line moved quickly. Our order was correct and ready when we got to the window. Jack in the Box isn't my favorite choice for fast food, but today's food was fresh and hot and the service was good.

Very friendly staff, clean environment, good food. Enjoyed the mini tacos and egg rolls.

Let me tell ya! I don’t eat Jack in the box (vegan) but since my pregnancy I crave many weird things so my hubby told them I wanted a burrito with no meat and cheese and the lovely worker there she’s a young girl ( I wish I got her name) she is absolutely amazing, she got me all these veggies there and all the goodies they could get, I am just so grateful that she made it happen I’m sorry if she gets in trouble putting all the stuff you’re not supposed to in the burrito but I appreciate her effort for a pregnant lady! She is amazing, this happened today 1/21/21 around 12pm so whoever you are you’re appreciated and I hope you got promoted with the compassion that you have, this might be little things she does but it made a difference and it made my day thank you again!

For a quick bite this is the place. Drive-thru is usually fast. Downside, we can’t place “chicken” orders after 10 pm. It’s been almost a year and we still can’t order anything with chicken at night.

When you order hamburgers tell them you want it fresh and not from the food warmer/holder

Good food, good service, my only complaint is that you have to push really hard on the drink machine for it to work, otherwise, a good place to stop for a bite

Great chicken sandwich. Was hot and delicious!! Jumbo Jack was amazing. Tacos are always my fav. Staff was extremely friendly!! My new favorite Jack in the Box!!

This Jack in the Box is the best one in Highland San Bernardino area. They are very friendly and the food is so so fresh and hot. I have no complaints. Best JIB I've ever visit ed.

Super clean, friendly, no food crumbs on tables or sticky floors and the bathrooms, super clean and smell great!! You guys ROCK!!! AND, my food was great!! Thank you for doing what you do because most other JnB's are dirty!! Great place to stop on our way home!

This is a new renovated on Buena Vista and San Fernando. Nice and clean. Very convenient for every one. I like that their serving breakfast all day.
