Been coming here for a few months. Staff is super friendly with good inventory and decent pricing for the area. Only downside is only limited street parking available and most times spots are all taken

I am thoroughly impressed. They have a great selection and great prices on everything that I checked. Their prices beat other smoke shops. The man behind the counter greeted me and then gave me my space and time to browse. When I approached him after that, he took his time to answer all of my questions. From the conversation, I could tell he was very knowledgeable and passionate. And if he doesn't have what you are looking for, he will do his best to get it for you.

If you want fake "Only for sale in Latin America" disposables this is the place to go. Sure they're cheap but their products are obviously not coming from reputable suppliers

They try to sell you defected products then blame you for the products being defected before you even leave the store. Sold me SEVERAL puff bars that have broke within the day.
Horrible customer service, man behind the counter was on the laptop talking with his friend rather than actually help the customer with questions about the products they're trying to purchase. Had a piss poor attitude whenever you walk in and acts like you are a huge convenience to his day.
They're never opened when it says they're supposed to be.

This is how a business fails.

I use to refer people to this place for everything. Now I regret it, make the trip somewhere else where you aren't treated like absolute trash. Lanco smokes is right over the bridge about a mile away.

Sold me defective device an refuse to help out in any way. Had my new vape for one day an doesn't charge, an they refuse to do anything about it. Wasted money an time..

Defective devices and predatory sales model to refuse refunds leaves many people purchasing cracked glass, broken vapes or expired vape juice. Always check the bottle for an expiration date, not the box.

They sell bad brands, defective, crystallized or 1/2 filled vapes….save your money and shop elsewhere!!

Saturday morning 1115 am and still not open. How do you run a business like this.
