Heather at the Cross Gates mall (Albany location) provided above and beyond service. I just love this place. I never could find bras that fit me until this place. If you are a BIGGER girl, this is your place to shop. They have awesome styles and sizes to fit all.

Got fitted for a bra. The employee went above and beyond top help mee find my size and fit. She helped me find what fabrics felt right and what styles complimented my figure. It was such a wonderful experience. Highly recommend.

EXCELLENT customer service! 5 STARS (I wish I could give more)! My Mom and I stopped in on Saturday this week 1/20/18 and had a wonderful customer service experience with Michelle. I ALWAYS come to this location. The staff here are amazing. They are the sweetest bunch of woman. They are also so helpful. I have a closer location to me but I'd rather take the trip here.
