Went in around 7pm and 3 gentlemen were ready and waiting with smiles! I was greated nicely and treated with professional, Courteous, knowledgeable care!
I had an unusual and misfortune of my wife getting scammed on Ebay for a purchase of a Tmobile SIM card that they stated was Worldwide 60 days prepaid Unlimited wifi. But in fact, Tmobile does not sell this according to the Corporate tech team! My wife paid $40 when in fact the SIM card was only a $10 prepaid SIM card. Please do not fall for this SCAM as it will waste a lot of your time investigating. Just take it ti the "Professional TMOBILE Team" like this location!
Not only did they help me with this problem but they set me up with Tmobiles Home wifi and it really is amazing in our new apartment! It rocks just like Terell & Will do! Thank you TMobile Experts!

I arrived at the store a few minutes before closing and Will solved the issue I was having with my account even though it was a few minutes past their closing time. He was polite and helpful.

I visited this T-Mobile store a couple days ago for a phone upgrade. Terrell did a great job of helping me through the process and answering all my questions.

William is the best he took care of me and my family and fixed what Verizon dod wrong WILLIAM IS THE MAN go in and ask for William he is gonna get you taken care of STAT!

Grant made this phone upgrade a breeze! My son and I both got new phones and our representative Grant was both knowledgeable & friendly. The service was impeccable. On a tip from a friend I requested Grant when I got there, you should too.

I’m 85 years old and switched from Android to IPhone on Riley Odeans advice. I also switched from Verizon because of rate plan cost. Not only did Riley follow through on how much he said our bill would be but he also got everything from my Android set up in my new IPhone. I got a little frustrated after the first night and contacted Riley directly to see if he could help me learn the phone more. He spent an additional hour with me helping me regain access to my Facebook and other applications. It was great to finally have a sales rep follow through on every single thing he said. Keep up the good work Riley!

If you can deal with a small parking lot then this is a Great place for Great service! Friendliest and most understanding staff. They are always willing to work with you and your paydates. Open 1 hour before the mall and open til 8pm 😁

It was a great experience. It was a busy day, but greeted on entry. Dillon was extremely helpful, patient and genuine. You could tell that this store worked as a team. Also a place to sit as all my watch problems were resolved.

My husband and I were in this store on the 4th of July. I had a phone that suddenly had many issues, was stuck in safe mode, and needed to be replaced ASAP. Terrell Gibbs spent a lot of time with us and helped transfer over everything to a new phone. Up until this point, many people from different stores had looked at my phone, and I was told it was a lost cause. Terrell made the whole process seamless and was a pleasure to work with. Terrell made what could have been a very negative situation into a positive. Job well done.

Was satisfied with my experience at this location here yesterday! This store is a lot better than the one on Blair’s Ferry. We found out that the other store where I got my old phone never put a sim in my phone. They did an electronic SIM card or whatever it was.wasn’t very happy to find out that the other store didn’t put a real SIM card in the phone. Due to the problem, took a bit longer for me to upgrade. But in the long run I got the phone I wanted finally. I called all of the stores to make sure they actually had the phone this time. If you switch to T-Mobile I’d recommend you going to the location on Collins Road. Stay away from the Blair’s Ferry store unless if you want to stay forever in a store to find out why the process was taking longer. Employees were friendly. I’ll go back again whenever I upgrade and or add a new line if I need to.

Very clean and well organized store. The staff is relatively helpful and knowledgeable. I wish they had a better selection of phone cases and accessories but they are no worse than any other cell phone store locally
