What a cool little tucked away gem. Whether you are looking for that fresh brewed rich bean coffee or a refreshing energized smoothie. The Local Grind also has fresh baked goodies and a good Ole fashion Bagel and Cream cheese. It is situated to be a drive through business, but if you prefer to just take a break like I did, then I suggest parking and taking advantage of the picnic table on the grass area (spring/summer) this location has some beautiful views of the mountain ranges both east and west of Star Valley.

Awesome young ladies who are warm and welcoming, ready to serve you. The owner is a young charismatic go getting female entrepreneur who has a great passion for the outdoors and her community.

Overall, I highly recommend a stop here on your way to the National Parks to the North or on your way back home. If you are local this is a great place to make part of your daily routine.

Awesome to be able to grab a chai latte on the way to work at 6 am in the morning! I customized the order with pumpkin spice and it was delicious! The service was fast and friendly. It’s a better option than any local gas station and supports small business. What a great addition to our community! Definitely stop in here when you’re in need of a pick me up. The menu also has so many options even for non coffee drinkers. Give it a try.

Pure Heaven from the angel herself, Miss Kaitie. I have tried a handful of drinks and yummies, and I have yet to find one I do not like. Food and drinks are amazing, just as the sweet owner is. Add the Local Grind to your next stop. You deserve it 💕

What a little gem with fantastic coffee! Drove past on our way through town & stopped for 2 coffees. There was a line but the young lady came out to start our order while the bagels were toasting for the people in front of us. People here are so friendly & the coffee is delicious!

Love the variety offered. Lots of different drink both hot and cold. Lovely breakfast foods or sweet treats. Love the breakfast burritos! Love the hot chocolate or the strawberry lemonade with real strawberries in it! Always a great afternoon delight!! So glad The Local Grind came to town!!

Brand new coffee shop in Thayne, great location and you can tell they really care about making sure everything is perfect. Give them a try i was impressed by the flavor selection. The Grizz is peanut butter coffee goodness, I slapped my seat and had to pull over to pray to The Lord because the taste was so good. I felt like a new man and was ready to start the day.

I love this local coffee shop! They’re kind, quick, and delicious! I’ve tried several different drinks and food items, and I’ve loved all of them! Especially love the location and that they’re open early.

Drive-thru perfection! Quick service, delicious coffee, a seamless experience and honestly, the only cup of coffee in the valley worth paying for. The concoctions are pure magic, and the attention to detail is a testament to the passion behind this business. It's getting a cup of joe from a friend every morning. Great coffee find! We stayed at Cabin Creek in the area, on a whim I searched for “coffee near me” for an early start coffee. This lil gem popped up. Had a great cup of coffee early that next morning! Thank you for getting our morning drive to Yellowstone started!
