Many McDonald’s restaurants are not that great anymore. The Lakeview, MI restaurant was clean and the food was great. Thank you

Jenny helped me out today and she's a Rockstar so nice and friendly happy demeanor genuinely pleasant to interact with her today. Only good experiance I've had at a mcdonalds in months!!! Thanks Jenny at lakeview keep up the good work.

The drive thru workers were slow and dumb but the food was on point

me and my family went tonight & we had a huge order! we ended up getting the food mixed up and i spoke with jess. she helped me get the right food and helped with my moms food! SUPER SUPER sweet and helpful! the best!

We came in around 10pm, it was very busy. Zoey helped us, she was very polite, and proactive!

Excellent service and good. All I wanted was a fish sandwich with extra tartar sauce and a Coke. Both were delicious from this location! Will definitely return when in the area and want a quick bite to eat.

The double cheeseburger is my go to when I want a light lunch and the app discount is the best

Almost every visit for breakfast it's the same lady taking our order. She is always very friendly and has a smile on her face. Great customer service.

We stopped on our way up north. These new self service kiosk are sorta weird for an old folk like me. Thank goodness there was a fellow senior citizen willing to take my order at the register. Old school. The restaurant was clean, busy and super friendly.

People are friendly like their breakfast

Mobile ordered a late night snack for the kids on our way home for vacation. Got there at 10:57pm to pick it up not realizing they close at 11pm. They brought out our order in a timely fashion, got everything right, and even were friendly and courteous!

Despite the fact that my McDouble looked like it was slapped together by a blindfolded toddler I'm still 5-starring this lunchtime visit because it was hot and fresh. The small fries was completely full (this has been an issue with many McDonald's in the past), perfectly cooked and hot. Service was decent and the drive thru went fairly quick.

I give the staff 5 stars for busting butt when management obviously understaffs them. You treat employees like that every day and they'll walk. And I shouldn't hafta pull around for something on the regular menu. Cars will leap frog each other,then the poor person has to go from car to car asking if this is their order. Really stupid.

Had to wait a couple minutes for our food but it was hot and fresh so it was ok we had to wait.

Service was great 👍 good humoring folks. And very polite people.

The lady that took our order was real unfriendly and I chose not to fix a wrong order because I didn't want to have to go to her to do it but overall the food was nice and hot and the other employees seemed friendly

Excellent service and Friendly Team. Too often people forget to share the good experience, as we are always wrapped up in what didn't go our way. So... I just want to say The Team at McDonalds in Lakeview deserves a hand. Thank you for having excellent customer service skills!!

Great place food wasn't prepared correctly, service was basically bad, I wish I was undercover boss to this one cause morning manager/supervisor was horrible as a worker & human being. In front of Meijer's on pickard

I was visiting the nearby casino when we stopped at this mcdonald’s. I am so unbelievably happy and amazed with the service that I searched for 30 minutes just to find the specific location so I could leave a review. The manager of this location went above and beyond for my friends and I. You could tell that he really took his job seriously and cared about us and the business he was providing. He gave us AMAZING service, food was the best i’ve ever had at any other mcdonald’s. They must have been short staffed because he took our money at the first window, & then met us at the second to give us our food. Everything was perfectly correct and we had a decent sized order. His passion and drive must be recognized & I hope someone of a higher level sees this!
