Always clean and friendly. Every time we visit the staff is always extremely friendly and helpful. The food is what you'd expect for an ice cream parlor (the custard is our favorite). The dining room consistently looks and smells clean. We have never had a bad experience at this location and will always choose this spot when the Rita's craving hits.

The people are so nice there. There’s a lady that’s been working there for some time, I know cause I’m always in there, and she is the most friendly person I’ve Encountered there. She serves with a smile and makes me want to buy all Of the gelati’s. I can’t say her name but she like a big teddy bear. The place is clean and the treats are well made. I’ve never had something go wrong with my order. I hope Rita’s stays

Ice cream is delicious and cold. Hahahahaaha but they need to clean the eating area outside. Other than that, customer service is amazing and ice was tasteful.

Had the black cherry ice, my wife's had the mango of course awesome. I did not catch the name of the young who served us but she was attentive and quick good job by her plenty of seating inside and out excellent stop.

Upon entering this establishment I feel welcomed and greeted with exceptional customer service. Each time I visit this store it smells as if it was recently cleaned and/or sanitized. If you're looking for flavorful Italian Ice treats from a warm and clean establishment I can highly recommend Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard of Roselle, NJ. Stop by and try the Pumpkin Pie Blendini its one of the Best treats!!!

im only rating it 5 stars because of this one girl named Mya. She was by HERSELF when a rush hour hit. honestly i wanna give her thanks for not letting all these orders kick on her. she is truly amazing. everyone was giving her a positive attitude and feedback and i am so glad she did the same. bless her heart she truly deserves more than this.

there is a particular man named joshua who needs to be checked out. messed up an order, gave me an attitude, didn’t even know what i was talking about when i said to him i would like a twist on a bowl. his work ethic is so unbearable. i don’t understand how he is still working here. if this is what the owners want then i wouldn’t waste my time and money here..terrible.

mya deserves more than this. hugeeee thank you to her for being kind and amazing. no words can describe how she managed all of the people!!

5 stars for Rita's custard nobody can beat it. However they make the portions smaller and the price higher...taste wise they are the best.

Great location and great for a summer afternoon treat, a fall treat, really when ever! I believe this location closes for part of the year, even though they are indoors, which is unfortunate, but it's worth the wait. Also the owner is very involved and a really nice woman! I love this place, if you couldn't tell.

Come for the Italian ice stay for the variety. Rita’s remains one of the best Italian Ice spots for great flavors and good service.

Love love LOVE this place. The young ladies who work In the afternoon are patient and sweet. The only one around where you can sit down inside and enjoy.

We visited this Rita’s for the first time today (been to lots of other Rita’s but first time at this location) and we had the friendliest service we have ever had!! Wow! What an awesome experience!!!

Extremely Friendly staff, very clean facility and they had a excellent atmosphere. Me and my family was able to sit, enjoy our treats and enjoy good music.
