Michael F is a wonderful employee! I went in with a dead battery & he quickly looked my account to help me. He let me know it was under warranty & he got a new battery installed very quickly. He was so sweet & even got me a chair to sit in while I waited. He is amazing & a great employee! He provides AMAZING customer service.

I had a fantastic experience with AutoZone when I needed to replace my car battery. I purchased a battery from them about a year ago, and recently my car wouldn't start. When I brought it back to AutoZone, Maria was lovely and very courteous and friendly. She helped me at the counter and directed me to Michael F., who was outside helping another customer at his car. Michael F. greeted me with a huge smile, asked me how my day was going, and held the door for me so I could wait inside in comfort while he finished with his current customer. He then quickly tested my battery with his diagnostic machine and determined the battery needed to be replaced. He was a breath of fresh air and a wonderful and kind representative of the company. He is a gem. My husband even commented that Mike F. has a great voice and should do voiceovers or be on radio, and especially because he was so kind, professional, and helpful, you could feel it and hear it in his voice.

Anthony came in and very promptly provided me with a brand new replacement battery and installed it quickly. He was friendly, courteous and professional.

The customer service from everyone was outstanding. Friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. I truly appreciate their commitment to customer satisfaction and standing behind their products.
