I love these ppl! They truly are like family. Super sweet to any one.. My child and even my pets. Best place to go even for a chit chat. They're so friendly.

Was at the car wash located beside the Sunoco to vacuum inside of my car, then rinsed it off. The vacuum cleaner area was clean w trash cans being emptied & equipment stored correctly. However, the hose was split so had to hold hand over it to get a vacuum. The wash area was clear of mud & debris, including trash. Someone was walking around, sweeping the lot.

I went to the Sunoco on S. Roan Street on December 1, 2023 @7:07 pm. As I pulled up, I saw a heavy set big guy standing in front of the entrance doors. When I opened my door he lit a cigarette. When I walked toward the door he blew his smoke in my general direction and said the store was closed while he took a smoke break. Taking break at 7pm and shutting down the store is obsurd! Beyond disrespectful behavior! Ive been going to that store 30 years, and have never see it closed on a Friday night so someone could take a smoke. Then, to just stand in front of the door like a thug. Trashy! He should be fired!

Today I went into this establishment not even 30 minutes ago and there was a older gentleman and his wife. The wife was working and going behind the register which looked really sketchy especially to someone who just stopped in to purchase some drinks there was a vehicle with in this 90 degree weather with a tabby Traped in a parked vehicle with no water I know food. According to a TN state law: A new Tennessee law now allows people to break into hot cars if an animal is trapped inside — without fear of punishment.

The law, which went into effect on July 1st, extends the states' good Samaritan law from including just kids, to pets too.

So, I politely went up to the cashier and told him about the situation he proceeded to harass me informing me that this was his vehicle and too me being kind and telling him of a law that just passed in July which many of people in our area know about because many animal shelters have warned about it I can even provide a screenshot of the law. So I was telling him about so that way if he went out to his vehicle and his beloved pet has gone he knew why. He proceeded to harass me further to the point where that I about had a seizure in their store. It was very scary as I am a young disabled woman I have to be driven everywhere. I have a brain injury I went on to tell him that if they're cat was so fine that it would not be laying in their vehicle not moving but having trouble breathing. They proceeded to yell at me and harass me in front of multiple other customers who I guess they're from that area. I am not a local to this area but I can tell you due to the fact that this establishment support's animal cruelty me and my family will never be going back and I will make sure that I spread this all over Facebook. Regardless of if your homeless individual because I have been in that situation and I understand certain situations but you should never leave a cat or any animal or child in a locked vechicle when it has been 90° out with an 86% chance of humidity in a car that only has a crack of airflow that is animal cruelty and it can kill your animal and anyone who supports this kind of behavior from someone who is homeless or not deserves to also be put on the animal registry list that they're creating for animal abuse. If you care for your pets so much you would rather have it stay with a friend or have it on a harness because cats can be trained to walk on them there are many places that have this as an acceptable law. However proceeding to harass a disabled woman and yell at her and say she was threatening you . when she's trying to be courteous and even kept it below where other people would not be hear in case it was the crew or cashiers vehicle is completely disrespectful and shows that they have no regard for that animals life they then proceeded to call the police on me
while I was trying to purchase my drinks they scared me so much because there were three different people behind the register which were husband and wife they made me afraid for my safety!!!! This is unacceptable behavior from any employee of any establishment. I will never be returning I will make sure that I spread this everywhere that t Sunoco supports animal abuse to whoever will listen. I am so afraid that I am bawling my eyes out all because I was trying to be kind and share the fact that Tennessee just passed this law so do you the people who hired those people who allow animal abuse to her in their vehicle did you know that that is technically another thing that can get you in trouble. You ought to be ashamed of treating a customer this way.

Very unfriendly place. When I was there, a cashier named Kerri, didn't even card a guy for beer. He just told her a date and she rang him up. I thought everyone was to show ID.
