I love this T-Mobile store! Miguel was very kind and professional. My family will DEFINITELY be back to get another phone and upgrade their phone plan.

My sister and I went to this store. Miguel was there to help. He is beyond professional and knowledgeable towards what he is doing. He made our visit very smooth and explained everything in details. Best service ever, Jeff hooked me up, took his time, gave me all the information I needed and made sure my phones were all set up for me. The manager Scott was very friendly and involved, and even gave my kids coloring books and crayons. I was recommended to this store, they set me up with the referrals so now I am getting paid by Sprint to get more people to switch. If you are thinking about saving money, switch to Sprint and come to the Dulles Town Center store to do it. Ask for Jeff!!

Update 1/6/18: I got my daughter an iPhone and had to go to sprint store to activate. Carlos was awesome and gave me one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a while. Keep up the great work Carlos and thank you for everything !!

Had to go in and upgrade me and my wife's phones and also add my daughters to my plan. Jeremy was a huge help and helped me figure out the best plan that worked for us. Kevin assisted me the rest of the way and it was a great experience. We all love our phones! Thanks for everything Jeremy and Kevin!

I type this review from my brand new LG V20. I am so, so happy with it. I went into the store unhappy about my bill and fully expecting to be told that there wasn't much the rep could do. The only reason I even tried instead of just cancelling my plan is because my husband wanted to give them a chance. I'm very glad he did, because we met Jeremy Johnson. Jeremy. Is. Awesome. I believe he's the manager of the store and he went WELL above and beyond to get us a great deal. We ended up adding 3 lines instead of cancelling the 2 we already had.

Lenny at Dulles Town Center was impeccable with his assistance with me today. He resolved my issues and I highly recommend him.

Shout out to the great Customer Service technicians at the Dulles Town Center mall. I'm from out of town on business and needed to charge my phone in my rental car.....or risk getting lost in Metro area rush hour. They not only provided directions but offered me a great deal on the cord I needed. Thank you so much!!

David took the time to review our phone needs as we prepare to move our lines from Sprint to T-Mobile. Provided in-depth answers and options and took his time while doing so. He was great!

We went in to switch from our current providers, and though the store was a bit busy and seemed under staffed, the help we received was excellent! Brian, was very knowledgeable, answered all of our questions, and made sure we understood all of the terms and conditions. We had to go back in the next day, because one of our phones was defective out of the packaging. Sergio exchanged our phone quickly without issue, and his sense of humor was a delight throughout the whole process.

Most of these guys are working 10+ hour shifts and have dealt with multiple ongoing issues before you so be polite. Extremely helpful employees and management this store deserves 5+ stars they go above and beyond when presented with a problem. The employees deserve a raise for the exceptional customer care they provide. Best sprint store in the area hands down.

Scott has been helping me for over 3 weeks now dealing with an issue I had that stemmed from me losing my phone. No other store in the area would help, and calling was leading no where. He has been extremely patient and has helped me every step of the way, from the claim, to restoring my passwords and old phone. This is my one and only Sprint store and it should be yours too! Thank you Scott!!!!
