Starbucks

From the drive thru window to the walk in service, this has got to be the best customer service I always receive from any state. I am a Flight Attendant so I frequent airports and outside hotel area Starbuck's and this one is the best. Your drinks will always be made to perfection as shown in pictures and how you ask for it to be made.

They also supply the best mugs and products you won't find anywhere else.

They deserve to be recognized with incentives from Starbuck's.

Only ever ysed the drive-thru but everything's good. Fast service

This was my first time to any Starbucks I got a frozen pineapple lemonade.

I love it here. So friendly. So fast. I mobile order because of my 17k customizations. They are always so kind. I sit inside and work sometimes, it's nice and quiet, kind of on the darker side which I like. Music isn't blaring. Only complaint is I ordered box of coffee and they told me it would be a 40+ wait (on top of my already 10 min wait from mobile order). I canceled that and went to dd and had 2 boxes in 4 minutes. So kind of crazy in the difference there, no exaggeration. If you want their box coffee, order it an hour in advance i guess. Everything else is super fast and timely

I go here to much haha but everyone is very friendly and listen to what you want I just started eating the breakfast here and it’s very good the workers where helpful when it came to picking the food. I get the cold brew and it’s my favorite

They have amazing customer service. I’ve gone to a lot of Starbucks and I’m usually met with attitude which I don’t really blame them, Starbucks has the rudest customers I’ve ever encountered and the most spoiled, but Everytime I’ve gone here they’ve been nothing but kind.

Thank goodness this one is more convenient for me now since I work four minutes from it.

This is our favorite Starbucks, we only get to make it twice a month, but it's soo worth it compared to other Starbucks. My sister & I LOVVVEE Canonsburg Starbucks.

Quick when they're is no line. Seen it out to Casavina and blocking traffic. I only go when there is no line. I get the drinks for my wife. $6 coffee is 4 cans of Red Bull to me.

Always fast and friendly service here except once where the woman sounded like she would've rather been anywhere else. But understandably we all have hard days. Overall orders are usually always correct and hot.

As usual Starbucks is wonderful! Stopped during our travels for a small bite to eat and they hit the spot! Puppy enjoyed his little puppy cup too!

The staff is so friendly and helpful! This morning I had ordered two of my favorite baked goods. The cashier informed me that the entire trays we 40% off, so now I have cranberry bliss bars for the entire week for only$2 more! Thank you!

I've only been there in the mornings, but it's usually more or less quiet-ish. Layout is a little inconvenient for my personal liking, there's a couple big tables in the middle, lot of big comfy chairs, and only a couple small 2-person tables around the outside, which means there's limited access to outlets for people who use their laptops like I do. But, on the flipside, that would make it a great place to actually socialize, or even to relax alone for a while in the comfy chairs.
Drinks are always right, I haven't had an issue with a bad drink yet, and the food's also in good shape. The staff is pretty friendly, but I don't interact with them much - I usually go find a seat, get set up, and order my stuff through the app. It's easier than going up and waiting in line then standing at the end of the counter waiting there, this way I get to be productive while I wait and there's no line.
Location is a little weird, it feels like you should be able to pull into it right off the freeway but you can't, you actually circle almost all the way around it because it's built in the middle of two busy roads and they put the entrance on the less busy one to avoid accidents. Not a bad thing, just feels weird when you see it. because it means the "front" of the building is facing "away" from the (main) road, so it's like it's backwards.
It's about standard in terms of Starbucks, but it's nice that it's right near where I work, so I'm good with that.

Great coffee. Nice people. Like a big living room with at least 7 furniture groupings. Lots of people hang out here all day. Closed to seating now for obvious reasons, but you can walk in to take out or stay in your car and order from the kiosk. My favorite ❤ place!

This was the most amazing Starbucks experience I’ve had so far. Customer service was great, and they gave me a free drink as well. The man who was working the drive through made me day even more special.

This particular Starbucks store is handling this covid-19 very well. Very efficiently handling everything at the drive-thru. Walk-up counter they still serve. But they don't want you to sit down and stay I do miss that but I don't blame Starbucks for it.

Veronica was amazing today! I made a mistake on the drink I ordered. She was nice enough to fix it for me without a problem. Definitely deserves more than 5 stars. I will be back!

Kai was working the drivethru and Maddi was the manager. Not only did they perfectly accommodate my wife's insanely complicated order, but they also dealt with my cave-man esque understanding of coffee. Great people!

I'm not much of a coffee person but here is why I give this Starbucks a 5:

We were driving through PA to North Carolina and I picked up a mobile order that my wife placed. It wasn't until about 3 hours and somewhere in WV that realized my wallet was gone. I eventually called this Starbucks and they actually had it! Meredith was fantastic and they were able to ship it my home address. They even delayed when they would ship it because I had another week of plans before reaching home. This is the best service from just about anywhere I've ever visited.

I'm not much of a coffee person, but if I'm anywhere near Canonsburg again, I think I may need to buy a cup! Thank you!!
