The Gouverneur restaurant might take a little longer, but the food is actually done, and their employees are so nice.

One of the best Dunkin Donuts that I have been too. Exceptional customer service. Recommended coffee was excellent. Thanks for the great service and also for explaining the vanilla swirl as opposed to the vanilla shot.

This Dunkin’ never disappoints! I normally always order On-the-Go on their app and it’s ready when I get there every time. And they are the most consistent around. Any other Dunkin’ I go to it’s a gamble whether it will be what I ordered. And also the staff here is SO amazing. They are kind and polite, which is hard to come across these days.

The staff is great, They have my order ready and its always correct. This morning they we're closed temporarily however i went through the drive-thru later and they remembered my mobile order and made it for me with no issues.
