Turtle Power Cafe

Had a really good latte, the girl with blue hair behind the counter was incredibly nice. The butterbeer latte was just what I needed.

The Turtle Power mocha was really good. The barista was very friendly,she made me laugh a few times.

The prices are very affordable compared to most other coffee places. They also have very good smoothies.

Always super kind and open to suggesting their favorites when I'm feeling indecisive! With a huge menu to select from there's something for everyone!

The smoothie was OK and the service was proficient.

I do like the fac5 they have smoothie straws which I've noticed some places don't.

I believe there is a mix up in locations for this as turtle power Cafe is in Lindale mall and the Cafe pictured is different. But I will say for Turtle Power Cafe in Lindale, you're lucky to even get a drink. Even though the hours are posted, I rarely see someone working there. The drinks are just mediocre at best and espresso usually tastes burnt. I've been yelled at by an employee for silently looking at the menu as they had closed 1 minute before I got there. I was simply curious and I recall just hearing, "We're closed!" And looking over to see the employee giving my a stank face. Definitely recommend any other coffee place in the area.

Two customers ahead of me, waited 20 minutes to even order, never actually ordered and gave up because I was going to miss my daughter's dance performance.

Sub par customer service. I was studying the menu deciding what I wanted and then I walk up to the register to talk to the employee. She was leaning over the counter but had her head down, clearly focused on something else. I make my presence known at least and she just looks up at me like I had two heads. Her attitude definitely wasn't suitable, especially for someone in the food industry. It would also help to actually GREET your customers, even if they're just looking at the menu.

Genuinely the slowest way to get bad coffee, and they somehow manage to make you feel bad for ordering from them.

Got yelled at by the employee for looking at the menu before they opened. Won't spend my money here now.
