Starbucks

Just pulled out of the drive thru. This has always been a great Starbucks location, but today’s experience was the best. The woman working the window was not only hustling and friendly, she also helped me use my rewards at the window. I’ve never had anyone offer that and thought I had to order through the app. She was wonderful!

Everything here is always great! The staff is always energetic and smiling and kind! I order a cold drink usually and they always make it right. The store is clean and there is seating inside and out. The drive though is usually busy and people seem genuinely happy with their purchase and service. Its right in the corner of War Memorial and Prospect so it has a convenient location and if you live nearby, its a short walk up.

Very clean Starbucks! No unisex bathrooms, a very happy thing. My mobile order was ready much sooner than estimated, the service was super friendly and my tea was fabulously refreshing.

No matter what city or state I'm in I can always depend on Starbucks to make my craving a priority! Grade A customer service and product quality!

For this area, there are 4 locations and I believe this is one of 2 that are open. It was fantastic. I got my regular white mocha frap. It was perfect. The day before I went to the downtown location and they made the same thing and essentially handed me mixed ice cream, no coffee 🤦🏼‍♀ this place is perfect, friendly, fast-paced. Thank you!

Yes the coffee and treats are a bit pricey, but its oh so good. The people that work at the Peoria Heights location are all very friendly and if they don't get your order right (which is hardly ever) they will make you the correct one.

Super friendly and fast. I went in as the cretin I tend to be; knowing NOTHING of coffee other than a big cup of straight black. The girls inside walked me through various options and offered to make me something different if I didn't like it; but it was fantastic. I'll certainly be coming back. Excellent customer service, which is in short supply today.

The girl in the window was great! Very sweet n personable. Very refreshing to have someone try to start a conversation with u instead of awkward silence. Frappuccino was great too!

Best Starbucks experience ever! We had a 5 gallon order for church. The young gentlemen took care of us above and beyond politeness and service. We even got help carrying our huge order out to the car. And I just asked about the new blonde espresso and we got a sample! (I'll be back to buy that, by the way!)

I don’t go to Starbucks a lot, but when I do, this one is my go to. Staff is always friendly and fast! Only negative is the drive through. It was poorly planned blocks parking & traffic on the road & getting in/out of the parking lot for people going to the other businesses.

Fast and friendly. I used the drive-thru service. I was skeptical at first because the line was extremely long but I guess it's because the parking lot is small. I was able to order my venti white chocolate mocha and be on my way in under 5minutes.

Staff at this particular location is always really kind. Music is a little loud for my taste, but they turn it down when asked. Kept clean.

Nice place, small drive-thru but great service

I live in Texas, and I visit this area often. Every time I go back to this particular Starbucks, they remember how I like my drink, right down to Extra-Hot!! Mostly, that's the people that make up their crew, but I have an expectation that the other stores employ the same caliber of people: professional, kind, pleasant people.

We visit all Starbucks locations as a I'm addicted. I get the same thing everytime. Most places make it differently than others. Employees are all very friendly at all locations. The wait time is very low which like even when they are slammed with business. Always have enough staff on hand.

Back open for lobby business and I was impressed with all the safety precautions they have taken! Staff were really helpful and friendly and had the best frappuccino in a long time! Keep up the great work!

Best starbucks that I've been to in the area. The cashiers could not be any friendlier. Also they're good with order accuracy as well, haven't gotten an incorrect order yet after 20+ visits.

Love this Starbucks location. They are often busy, so I use the mobile app, but they make my drink better than any other Starbucks in town.

Consistently gets my orders right, speedy service with a smile. One of the better Starbucks out there.
