Thank you to the person I spoke to about not being able to order the flavor frappe I wanted. It’s little things like taking just a moment to remember my order even though the store was busy. Thank you for fixing something that’s wasn’t even on your end but an issue with Door Dashes system. That was extremely nice and totally made my day.

I don't order drive thru very often. When I order thru the app the service is fairly quick. So quick I can't even pull up call and ask for well don't fries because they are already bringing my food out. That rarely happens that they are that quick. But I always appreciate them when they do end up bringing me well done fries when I can't modify that in the app! Rock on guys!

Whoever the women that works nights, at least when I go there around 1am at the second window has the best attitude ever, def brings up my mood

Luv the granny mcflurry...Rewards program helps save money when it works. Drink prices keep going up. Fast quick service. Need to change ice coffee. Horrible.

Take out...always get fish sandwich without cheese. Love the fries. Best unsweetened tea! Clean bathrooms.

It's exactly what you expect when you go to McDonalds. They have an opened indoor kids' play area with rock climbing, an enclosed slide, and TV's playing good kid friendly shows. And two drive-thru's and steady flow through them for the greater part of the day.

Had to pull up to a spot...but got my food shortly and everything was nice a hot and fresh!! Worth the 1 minute wait!!!

The play place with a rock climbing wall and a tv is great! The staff is very friendly and helpful, they even got my drink for me so I wouldn't have to leave my kids unattended in the play place. My only complaint is the fries were a bit too salty for my taste. Will definitely be returning to this location.

This staff was absolutely amazing. The food was out right on time. The order was complete. Huge shoutout to the woman working the register this morning. I stop I McDonald’s not just for the food but bcz the customer service is truly up beat all the time. They must have a very good branch manager.
I see her in the and let me tell he she’s awesome.
And I tell her every time see her.
Weather it be for a drink or to use the rest room it’s always spotless.
This is the McDonalds in Dixon.

The only reason I'm giving 5 stars is because of the new mixed berry sprite and chicken tenders! Literally the most refreshing pop I've had in a long time! Please try I'm sure you will love both. For the record I'm not a McDonald's guy I was just referred to those two items from my friends.

This is a quick, easy breakfast lunch or dinner option when on the go. They have friendly and fast service. Also, have good healthy options. As well as dessert treats for any age group.
The frappe's are amazing as well!

Ok, this place had me wondering after reading the reviews, but I have to say they hit a home run... The girl at the register was super polite and had a frat sense of humor... The manager was a wonderfully nice lady, the entire staff was actually... This place is really clean except for by the tea dispenser where someone spilled... Food was warm and well put together... Glad I took the chance... My visit was at 7:55pm

We always come to this one, food is always fresh & hot. The one is Sterling always makes us sick. So knowing our safety of eating here and the restaurant is clean, we will continue to come back.

Lately my happy meals have been cold but I've been hungry so I've ate them

Seldom eat fast food but really want a Big Mac and fries on occasion. Was also Shamrock shake time so had one. Good visit, drive thru, food was fresh and hot.

Best mcdonalds in sterling rockfalls. Always open has the best staff and the foods always hot and tasts fresh. Minus the frys.

I drove through the drive thru placed my order. I asked them to make me fresh fries with my order.I always order the same thing 2 doub quarter pounder meals,2 plain cheeseburgers for my pups,and double cheeseburger for whoever pops in while trying to eat our meal.
Anyway I get my food, I am already upset fries were ice cold..Had no time to go in so cut my loses and went home.. I get home my double quarter pound cheeseburgers were plain, my cheeseburgers for the pups were loaded with onoins and ketchup and my double cheeseburger was missing...ugh. ughhhhhh..
So I called Rock Falls McDonald's asked for the manager. They gave me Maria.. I explained what happened and she apologized and asked me to come back and they would make all my food fresh..I couldn't go back that day so she said just come in my next time ask for her and she will give me 2 free value meals..I agreed..
Well I didn't get back there for over a month and 1/2 due to my father passing away down in southern Illinois. I came back home and was low on funds but hungry and remembered I had 2 free meals coming.. I called up asked for Maria and she still remembered me and made good on my order..I was really shocked and surprised she remembered.. This time my food was EXACTLY what and how I ordered..
I think Rock Falls having Maria as manager is probably the best thing that could have happened to the franchise.. I will definitely return...
Thanks Maria, for making a down and out girl really happy my past few months have been a nightmare with all the stuff I been dealing with..Especially after the loss of my dad...

The employees were friendly and helpful. They delivered the order in a timely manner and everything was hot and freshly prepared.
