This coffee was hands down one of the best I've ever had! As someone who enjoys regular dark coffee with only half & half, I'm able to really taste the quality of the coffee itself, and this place was absolutely amazing. I stumbled upon it while passing through town one morning, and as other customers arrived, many of them seemed like regulars, while others had just rolled out of bed in their PJs. The atmosphere was incredibly homey and welcoming.

To add to the experience, there was free music being played by a pair of singers, one of whom looked like he might actually be the owner of the place. I didn't ask if the music was a regular thing, but it was soft and hauntingly beautiful. The decor was full of art nouveau motifs, and even the front door was a work of art. I would definitely make a point to stop in again if I'm ever in the neighborhood.

What a gem! There was live music on a Sunday when we were there, and he was incredible! Good coffee, friendly service, fast line, lots of places to sit. They have a large variety of beans and roasts. Definitely worth a visit the next time you're in Fairfax.

A comfortable corner coffee shop. We liked the quiche selection and decaf latte for a late meal. The decor is fun and also fun to people watch.

I love visiting this place on my cycling trips. This is my midway point and I always stop in for some drinks and food. Although it a coffee shop, I usually get the açaí smoothie and a bagel sandwich; it never disappoints. The staff is always super friendly and welcoming. They just got a temp parklet which is a nice addition.

My favorite sandwiches are made here,simple but very tasty. The atmosphere is excellent, the service is even better, very friendly staff that made everything taste better.

Nowhere better after a bike ride over the hills. Great cakes, sandwiches and pastries. Top coffees. Love it!

Stopped by this extremely fun atmospheric coffeehouse. Coffee's on display 👌, huge written menu and large espresso making area. I had a Macchiato, a real Macchiato, which was so good I went back two days in a row. Exceptional coffeehouse.

A lucky find crossing from Hwy 1 to the 101 Fwy: we happened to be there on a Sunday, and enjoyed the jazz jam session by the one man band. Coffee and breakfast were perfect, and the atmosphere is far from the cookie-cutter places on every corner: the Fairfax Roastery has a European decor and feel: very warm and inviting.

best coffee shops in town little bit on the pricey side but worth the litte extra price all the pastries are outstanding and I really like the house blend coffee they have..

Very good coffee, the tuna baguette sandwich is my favorite. My husband loves the carrot bar... We love to sit outside with out dogs. They have water for them. It is nice . Lots of traffic around it that sometimes gets a little hard to find parking.

Got their whiteout mocha which was, if I may say so, a damn fine cup of coffee. Not too sweet, and the espresso flavour was fantastic. Would absolutely get it again.

The best cup of dark roast coffee I have had in a long time (ever?). We tried it while in town for vacation. I would go here daily if I lived north of SF. Just perfect.

I went here to purchase light roast espresso beans. The service was good, and the barista knew his beans. I pulled really nice textured espresso shot with fruity notes. It came with a free drip coffee, which I didn’t drink. The only downside was the price.

Wow! Delicious! The place was full but service was fast and the guy was super friendly. The coffee cake was really good. Parking sucked but that was the city. The whole traffic situation sucked. They filed out thermos' pretty inexpensive. If you are on the road and looking for a place to get some Joe, make a stop here. Thanks guys!

The latin staff are the best. The tuna sandwich is to die for.. they serve the best hot chocolate!!
