Service as I've experienced is very good and the food arrives in a timely manor.

Been the same forever. Quick bite to eat. Always busy generally quick.

The staff here is always friendly and courteous, the wait time in drive thru is rarely long, this in one of the better McDonald's

They where very busy and did very well considering how many people where ordering

My son loves to eat here!!! A lit better than it used to be, go thru drive thru and not get all your stuff, have to pull around to get what you order defeats the purpose of drive thru!!!

A good McDonald's to stop in to satisfy those burger cravings. This is a location I have frequently been to and I must say they have made some improvements in the way they run this place. I used to get a mixed up order almost everytime I would come here for like 4 weeks (no joke) but not anymore it seems like they started bringing their A game service is fast even in the busy hours and are always friendly. (I worked fastfood and I get it mixed up orders happen but it was getting ridiculous after awhile so nice on the improvement in order accuracy.) Last but not least this place gets busy at the usual times but service is fast.

EDIT: Talk about a 180! Perfect food, hot and fresh, super quick even in the middle of rush hour, and staff were FANTASTIC. Well done, and we will DEFINITELY be back!

Nothing particularly bad, but nothing notably good either. Food was correct, but a little cold, the cashier didn't seem to have a clue what they were doing. Just a mediocre experience.

I stopped with my husband to get coffee and it was as usual open, didn't take too long to get it, the coffee was hot and we were on our way. We always thank the employee for being there and say have a good day with a smile. They are doing us a great service to be working with the public and exposing themselves to so many people and we appreciate them.

My kids and I ended up walking because we locked our keys out of our car. They were hungry and wanted a happy meal. Unfortunately we made it a little late and the lobby was closed. An older gentleman greeted us and said it was closed. We told him we had walked and he let us in and eat even though they were closed. I am so grateful for him and the staff who allowed us in after we walked to get here. Myself and my children are thankful for the amazing staff who made our late night dinner amazing. Great hospitality and kind people. Highly recommend the late night crew who go above and beyond to make my kids smile.

They forgot my fries 😂 girl was new and humorous about it. Got my fries and an extra without my food being spat on. That was nice. They seem to go through certain positions here though so it can be a consistent thing that stuff like that happens however they are always nice and fix it. Always hot. Always tasty

This McDonalds is definitely one of my favorites! It is always clean and we are always treated well. Food is always hot and they do a great job with their sweet tea and coffees. Just the right amount of sweetness. I love the self order stations they have inside. I have never had a problem with them and my food has been prompt.

Troy Missouri was the best McDonalds we had been to in years! Quick service, friendly and got our order correct!

Very fast and friendly and they didn’t forget the BBQ sauce this time. 🤣

The restaurant is very modern and clean. The effort in upkeep is obvious. The food is fresh, tasteful, and reasonably priced. The staff is warm and friendly. Definitely a place to bring children! The staff makes the experience theirs. Menu selection is appropriate for all diets. Troy McDonald's is unique and individual!

Friendly employees and the food was good. My quarter pounder was steamy and juicy. My girlfriend enjoyed her fresh fries.

Just finished ordering breakfast at the Troy McDonald's and was received with smiles and very pleasant attitudes from the workers will definitely be back! Need some of that good service in St Charles.

Repeat customer at this McDonald's and I don't have any complaints. Always have decent speed when moving through the drive thru. Food seems fresh. Only complaint would be a couple of the other customers being rude every now and then but can't blame the restaurant for that.

I haven't been to a McDonald's in awhile except to get a Caramel Iced Coffee, so I decided to stop and get a Big Mac. This location made the best one I've had in a very long time! It was hot and the lettuce, pickles were fresh.
