The staff at Sandpiper Marine were amazing. Salesperson Ashley went above and beyond to assist in making this deal happen. Mechanic Tyler called to follow up to make sure all was running smoothly. I could not be more thrilled with my purchase and experience.

I purchased a new load right boat trailer from Sandpiper and the experience was seamless quick and easy. I sent an inquiry email which was replied to within an hour full of all the details needed. Financing was a breeze and I cant recommend enough to have professionals mount and adjust your trailer to the boat. It pulls 100x better then on my old trailer. Great sales / service experience I highly recommend this group.

I just wanted to recommend SandPiper marine for anyone looking for an outboard. They were friendly to deal with, and they accommodated Me various times as I was not ready to bring my boat to have an engine installed. They were very patient and
willing to work with me. I also checked just about the entire state of Virginia And they had the most competitive quote Both for a 250 horsepower, as well as a 300 horsepower.

Great bunch of folks. I've bought 2 trailers and a bunch of parts and misc over the years all the way back to when they were at the old place in Accomac. They always take the time to research parts for me if I don't know exactly what I need. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Sandpiper's owner, Vince is one of the finest business owners I have ever had dealing with. When I purchased my boat with trailer it was during the Covid19 pandemic and was lucky to get a boat in the first place. Love the Carolina Skiff I purchased but had some trailer issues and they took it in and the next day was fixed for me. Just recently I had more trailer issues and Vince went above and beyond what I expected he would do for me to correct the problem. Vince has a wonderful group of employees working for him that treat you with the up most respect and kindness. So, in conclusion, Vince, you are the man and have earned my respect. In the process of purchasing a new DF140 and Josh has been over accommodating while working with me on the phone .an email. Boat will arrive on 9-9-22 cant wait to meet Josh and staff.. so the boat and new DF140 motor with new steering system was complete a week early. Very reliable, honest, and get things done. Bought 2 new boats from them, and all mechanical service past 11 years. Never disappointed. Purchased a new $300K boat from a big boat dealer and we had major issues the 1st year after the purchase. Sandpiper Marine were wonderful advocates in helping us deal with the "run around big boat dealer" to get results.

Red is the most helpful boat guy in the business. Got me set up with a motor in the times where there are none. I believe he did everything he could do to make me a happy customer. Everyone else working there was helpful and friendly. Their install of my new motor on my old boat is FLAWLESS. I drove almost 4 hours each way to do business with Sandpiper and I would do it again.

I just purchased 2 axles boat trailer. Vince took his time, and helped me to find a right trailer and setup. After the purchasing the trailer, I decided to service my boat and install a new trolling motor with them. I found that some people working here are strong Trump supporters. We are living in such a politically polarized society. I can see this place makes some people uncomfortable. We are all victims of polarized media (Alex Jones, Fox News, MSNBC, CNN, Facebook, etc.).

Great place. Went to another place to buy a portable Yamaha 2.5 hp motor. There was no one there to prep it for sale and they didn't even have a firm price for us. Told us to come back Monday. We are on vacation and our motor was stolen so we needed another quickly. I called Sandpiper. They had one. They closed in 45 minutes so we rushed over there. When we got there Sandpiper had already added oil, gas and tested the motor. They also gave us the current $200 off Yamaha special going on. Couldn't be more pleased with the staff and service we received.

We were leaving on a trip with the boat on a Saturday early am except the trailer lights weren't working. We called and went to Sandpiper. They right away fixed the lights Thank you for ensuring we would be safe on the road.

Vince, John & staff are knowledgeable about their products and go out if their way to take care of their customers' boats. While not everyone will like anyone, these folks have a huge fan base and countless stories of successful service and sales. This needs to be on your list of places to visit if you're looking for a boat. You'll get the facts on their products and instruction on use to make sure you're comfortable with your purchase. They also winterize and ready boats for the boating season, as the service, sales, boat-"build", etc schedule permits. You can't make everyone happy all of the time, but based on thousands of conversations with area boaters over the years, Sandpiper Marine seems to be one of the best at trying and succeeding at it, in the Chesapeake Bay area.

Should definitely be on your short list, if not first to visit, when it comes to all things boats. Find out what lines of products the sell & service, and why they choose those products, and see if they're the right place for you.

I would not consider anyone else. Vince, Josh and Red could not be more helpful and honest. They are not cheap but you get what you pay for and boating is an expensive past time. No matter how busy they are they find time for their customers and provide services as fast as they can and will probably make you laugh as well.

It may be unusual for a sailor to review a powerboat dealership but this is my go-to stop for parts and supplies. From chartplotters to water pump impellers for diesel engines, what they don't stock they can order at prices competitive with and often below Internet supply houses. It's a family owned business and their service is personal and knowledgeable.

The best boat service on Easter Shore. Everybody very knowledgeable and eager to help. They don't look like just working; they seem to be in it for fun. They saved my outboard couple of years ago. They gave me expert advice concerning proper usage and maintenance of my boat. I have followed their advice and the boat has been running like a Swiss clock.
So, I suggest to everybody. Go and see these guys. Listen to them and do as they say. You will avoid a lot of trouble and save a penny or two.

Their new building and location is extremely nice, and suits them well. They have a lot of stock, including trailers. I left with a trailer for my skiff to replace the old rusty unit.

Thanks to the Sandpiper crew. Needed a teleflex steering cable sat morning. They had it in stock and after a few hours of work. We were on the water again

Very highly recommended. Did a great job repowering my boat and got it done in less than a week. I am trying the new 4 stoke 150 hp suzuki.

Drove up from Norfolk to make the final deal on the Carolina Skiff 178 JLS with 115 Suzuki. I have Skiff dealer with in 5 miles of my house I just couldn't get that home spun feel for the place in Norfolk.
