Amanda is the best employee here. I went in and she welcomed me with the best smile! she’s so sweet and intelligent. She went above and beyond for me, everything she said was right on my bill is exactly the amount she said it would be and I’m super happy with my results!

Had a very good experience with Kyle! He was very knowledgeable and patient. Took his time to explain different phones and features and different plan options. There was a bit of a store wait but not too bad, especially considering the great level of customer service we received to help us purchase new phones. Thanks Kyle!

The process of switching me from Sprint to T-Mobile and adding another line and upgrading phones was a bit complicated, however, Rodney was up for the challenge and provided excellent customer service! As someone who was a retail manager for many years, I quickly noticed Rodney's excellent customer service as well as leadership skills with his team. A couple of years ago, I stopped going to this T-Mobile location, because the guest service was always horrible. Recently, we purchased new phones through the website, but we needed some help setting them up and swapping numbers between old & new lines.
Nate took care of everything we needed, didn't try to upsell us, and made a call to the corporate service line when there was a glitch that he couldn't handle at the store level. We appreciate Nate and will give this location another chance when we need something else in the future.

Excellent Customer Service. NaKayla a was the T-Mobile Person that helped us today. We had excellent help and she answered all questions and transferred stuff from one phone to our other phone. I give her 5 stars.

I was on a cross country road trip all the way from North Carolina to Washington state. We stopped to camp out somewhere in West Virginia to camp out for the night and do some hiking. I however, dropped my phone in the lake while we were sightseeing. We then proceeded to go to T-Mobile and we worked with a man named Kyle. Well he was just so nice and patient with us. Now I have no clue of how to work most technology so we really appreciate the time he took to make sure I knew what was going on and how to operate my phone.

Screen has been cracked for awhile, starting twitching and shaking so better it went completely out went to see about getting a new phone. MaKala was the bomb and I have a new phone, all my apps and pictures transferred along with my same phone number (it's on my business cards). Great experience 👍

We went in for the tmobile sync up drive and my husband said they were so helpful. They were helping multiple customers and the manager came out to the car to help set mine up. Bryant is SO polite and respectful. Best experience we've had at any cellphone business.

Rodney, Kyle, Sage, Sai, Josh and the whole team are amazing to work with. Being a Sprint Customer, and having a complicated account, they worked hard to solve the issues posed moving my account and devices over to the T-mobile family.

I went to this T-mobile location because it is the closest to my home to return a mobile hotspot that did not work well in the area I live. Turns out the rep I spoke with on the phone, Jenuel, was completely wrong and you cannot return devices to the store you have to mail it back. Also, I requested that the line assigned to the hotspot and the installment plan be canceled because there was no need to pay for a device that doesn’t work. She ensured me that the line and the installment plan had been canceled, and that I would no longer be charged for it. However, when I went into the store the rep told me that the line had NOT been canceled, and that I still had to pay for the device because I was out of the 30 day cancel period. I was extremely upset and began to become rude to the, in store representative Makayla, who did not deserve it. I was just very frustrated due to the misinformation that happens with T-mobile all the time. Makayla behaved like a true professional and remained kind, respectful, and compassionate regardless of how I was acting. T-mobile as a carrier deserve a 0, but Makayla as an employee deserves 5 stars and more.
