BEST BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!!
My wife and I were looking inistally to get boost mobile. We walked in that store with customers standing around counter waiting. But, I had noticed the cricket store location a few doors down in same strip mall. So, we ran for it, over to the cricket. Shi Alyn greeted us with the most warmest smile right before greeting us. She was attentive, amazing, informative and helpful. Everything you could ever ask from a sales person. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.

My son bought me an Iphone online and I brought it to the Cricket store in Raytown to have it set up. This is my very first Iphone and I was worried about transferring my contacts to the new one. The young man walked me through on how to add not only my contacts, but my pictures as well! Christian is one of the most respective salesmen. He was kind, considerate, patient, and very friendly.

Great Store!! Staff was well knowledgeable, and very keen to help resolve any issues or concerns that I had. Store was neat and clean and phone prices were Easily Readable from a few feet away.
