1st and foremost!! "Mocha" was such a pleasure to do business with! We walked into the store, said what we were looking for (new service), and was out the door with everything we needed in 15 minutes TOPS! I would highly suggest looking into this location for very reasonably priced products and services! You can be confident in knowing that they seek to provide you with the best plan/service for you, the process is seamless, and the staff is amazing! We are very happy with our decision to use them for our daughter's 1st phone! Thank you Mocha!!!

Hands down best customer service. AJ was very personable, knowledgeable and kind. Honestly, I dread walking into any phone store just because I know I am about to become very frustrated and confused to say the least. But man, Robert the store manager along with his crew (AJ and another gentleman whose name begins with a D) are the definition of an A team! This company should consider itself extremely proud and grateful to have men such as these dedicated to their customers. I can guarantee you that these men alone will ensure loyalty and longevity from customers!

A Pleasant Experience
When i went into the store i just knew they was going to try and sale me a new phone. Instead the manager Robert walked me through the steps to adding storage to my phone. Saved me money i didn't want to spend. This store is about caring about the customers needs.

Robert was Amazing! He got my daughter and I hooked up with our new phones! Highly recommend going to this store! We will definitely be back if we ever need anything else!

The manager (Robert) and staff is really what has me coming back to this location. Raytown off 350 has a great set of people, they are wonderful and so sweet and always working hard!!! It is also very busy at this location and the employees are just so darn nice and great!!! Thank you!!! The manager (Robert) goes above and beyond when he sees his staff busy with other customers and steps in and helps them out. Great atmosphere, Great customer service.

New clean store . Very friendly service and the staff is just amazing they resolved my issue. The bold headed guys helped me to upgrade my phone and got a lot of accessories for a reasonable price! I really appreciated the service and this will be my store I’ll go to from now one 😊

I have been a metropcs by t-mobile customer for ten plus years and this has been my home store for as long as i have had the service. They used to go through people like wildfire but have finally been able to keep the same staff for a while and the man gives great customer service. The only thing i could live without is the off and on plumbing issues they have during the hot seasons

I will never go to another Metro PCS location except this one! **AJ has, hands down, provided the best customer service of all locations I have visited in 7 years of using Metro's service.
He is knowledgeable, informative and efficient and by far the most helpful customer service representative I have dealt with. I would have given more stars if it were an option. AJ for the win!

I went into this location and was assisted by this wonderful salesmen i originally thought was the owner the way he carried himself but then learned he was an amazing sales associate and his name is Aj and Aj gave me an excellent deal on my phone and accessories and made me feal like family i wont deal with anyone else or go to another store besides this one !!! It was the worst that could happen. I'd dropped my new phone and it was smashed. I went to Metro by T-Mobile with an old phone. Within 7 minutes the kind young store manager had me up and going with the same phone number. Thanks again. Great place, good people and better service.

Just bought 2 phones from AJ on Sat. He was very knowledgeable and understanding. He gave us the best deal we could get. And was speedy. Thanks AJ!

I had the most plesant visit ever at this location. The manager Robert treated me like family. Answered all of my questions and made sure that I left happy and with a smile on my face.

There’s a metro 3 mins away from my house but I’d rather drive the 15 for great customer service. Robert was very nice and friendly and helped me get a new phone set up quick and easy. Thank you!!!
