Anthony was awesome he spent all day fixing my car. He went far & beyond what other mechanics have done for me. Pricing was reasonable and fair as well. Thank you to Anthony and his team.

This is my go-to shop for any repair needs when I’m in the area. Even on a Sunday, Xavier was able to take me in right away and get me out within 30 minutes. He’s very kind, approachable, and honest. Great guy to have encountered and Mavis is lucky to have him!

We were traveling up to bring our daughter to college in our RV when we saw that we had an issue with one of our tires. Luckily we were close to this Mavis and even though the store manager and his assistant were already closed up and in their cars, they reopened to help us out! They really are awesome and helped us out of a big jam!w

I had a flat coming off the highway and Thankfully made my way to this Mavis. Anthony the manager helped me out big time! He had to send an employee to get tires from another store so I could get home safely to my family. All the staff seemed helpful and even stayed after closing to get the job done! These guys helped at least 5 other customers while we were getting helped and all the customers talked so highly of the store. I'm so Thankful for kind ppl like Anthony, Kevin and the crew that went beyond their duties to help me out. You don't find customer service like this anywhere these days! Great job guys! You deserve praise & a raise!

Kevin, was awesome we got a flat on the interstate. Got a AAA towed to another tire place.. they would not change our flat. Called Kevin over at Mavis 10 minutes before closing and was able to plug our tire and get everyone back on the road safely. Will be back for my inspection and any other repairs.. the Ford Girls

Had an accident on i80 today and they were able to change out my popped tire super fast! Super nice people too!

As usual too many things to do in one day. This was a must get done, had a flat on a tire I let go to long. Kevin & Ty got me back on the road on schedule!! Very professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle and their products. I will be using Mavis in the future. They also have a Veterans discount which is nice for my Brothers and I. I broke down on 380 and this was the only place within 30mins that was open on a Sunday with a mechanic on duty. Got the car towed to them right before they closed Saturday evening and by 4pm on Sunday I was back on the road. They were super helpful and friendly. It was the first time I'd broken down and they made the experience so much easier for me.

I usually try to avoid chain places but this experience made me feel like I was at a Mom&Pop place. The AC compressor had seized on my car and snapped the serpentine belt; called me at 11:30am with that update and said they'd have it fixed by 3:30pm at the latest; and that's exactly how it went. I hung out at a diner down the street until 2pm and then hung out at their shop until they were done and I had a great time chatting with the guys while I waited.

Anthony was wonderful. Everytime I need my vehicle serviced its done in a timely manner and done well. I will never go anywhere else when the service is so good.

Anthony, Kevin, Mike and Xavier are the best there is. Been coming to the shop for a while now and they are always efficient and straight to the point. Always finding ways to help even if it is something that’s gonna take time. And if it’s something they can’t do (which rarely happens they do it all) they apologize to the fullest and Help figure out where it can be done.

You had a great experience we were able to go right online and schedule our appointment with no problems. We were able to also get in fast. We were very nice gentleman at the front door on arrival and they took our vehicle right back. Had a wonderful experience with Mavis in Mt Pocono.
