Pelham Diner

We visited for the first time last Sunday. Breakfast was fantastic and priced more than reasonably. The owner was great, always walking around, checking on the food and service. You get a free cinnamon roll on your first visit. It's more like a sweet roll with no icing but delicious to be sure. Service was great. There was no wait. Seat yourself style restaurant. We were told they do a buffet style lunch with meats and veggies. Can't wait to try that next. I highly recommend eating here.

Food was outstanding. First time in. Enjoyed my breakfast!! Not often can you say breakfast hit the spot. Server was great and on point. Family atmosphere! I have no complaints to come out my mouth! Thank you for some spot hitting breakfast!! I recommend 100% stopping at this diner!!

Love this place. Good local breakfast spot. The Oxmoor Breakfast has it all. Eggs, Bacon, Sausage, hash browns with biscuits and gravy. All quality foods and reasonable prices.

The food was absolutely DELICIOUS! I had the western omelette w biscuits n gravy n my daughter had the Patriot breakfast. Def will be coming back! The people were also super nice!

We had a wonderful experience at Pelham Diner. The food was delicious and the epitome of comfort food. You’re missing out if you leave without eating the meatloaf! Toni and the rest of the staff were friendly, service was fantastic, and we’ll definitely be back! Well done Toni!

Really enjoyed the grits. Best southern grits in town. Huge piece of country ham probably 6oz at least. It was thick and not as salty as I like but still very good. Eggs were cooked just right. Lunch buffet is always good. Come on Thursday and get the fried pork chop.

Had always been to Pelham Diner for breakfast, and let me tell you, you can’t go wrong with their breakfast.

But today we stopped by here lunch. A meat and three served cafeteria style. I had meatloaf with green beans and sweet potato casserole. Only complaint was a little too much sauce on the meatloaf for my taste but had an excellent flavor.

Wife ordered the country fried steak with mashed potatoes, fried okra and blackberry cobble. She cleaned her plate, which is unusual for her. Said everything was excellent.

Service and staff are top notch and make you feel like your at grandma’s table.

Definitely a winner for lunch and prices can’t be beat!!

Really wanted to try breakfast but didn't get there in time. Got two lunch plates to take home so I could try a variety.

Service was super friendly and helpful. The internet was down so it was cash only that day. Prices are very reasonable and in line with other meat and threes.

Vegetables were served in large portions and well seasoned. Fried chicken was good but had been holding a little long. Chicken and dumplings were as good as any I've had.

I'll be back again. Hopefully I can make it for breakfast one day soon.

1st time eating here on Mother's Day with my awesome boyfriend and his mom and dad. It was a great Mother's Day for me and his mom! Food was great! I had the cheese omelet, grits and biscuit!

This is a very traditional meat-and-three like you were once able to find in almost every town in the South. While the atmosphere is basic, it is exactly what one expects. We had a fine lunch and both commented on how we could have been in any number of small towns where we have had a similar meals in the last fifty years.

A slice of real America where the diners are locals, tradesmen or lucky travelers.

Excellent diner for breakfast. Good ☕ and service. All 4 meals can out 💯 fresh and tasty. We will be back when in town.

Friendly service, lovely atmosphere, delicious home style breakfast and meat and three lunch. If you try their pancakes, one is more than enough for two people to share, their pancakes were HUGE! I really can’t recommend Pelham Diner enough

Server was absolutely amazing as was the food. Cinnamon rolls are the best I have ever had. I had the pioneer breakfast which included one HUGE pancake, eggs, hash browns, and bacon. Coffee was also excellent. Definitely a must for breakfast!

This was my first visit and they give you a free cinnamon roll which was really nice. Service was great and the food was so good. Homemade down to earth good breakfast food. It is a small Diner atmosphere and has a cozy friendly feeling. There are both booths and tables to sit at. Putting it on my favorite place list now.

I’ve driven past Pelham Diner hundreds of times. This morning we decided to give it a try.
Large portions and good food. They also have cinnamon rolls that are amazing.

This is great home cooking filled with flavor and love! I ended up going for breakfast and lunch during the same week. I called in my breakfast order. This was my first time trying them. I order 2 pancakes with blueberries and bananas with smoked sausage. When she handed me my bag, I thought the order was wrong because of how heavy it was. I didn't know that their pancakes are gigantic! The pancakes were bigger than the box. I really only needed one. They taste great and reheat pretty well. The second time I decided to dine in for lunch with my mom. It's buffet line style meat and 2 (or 3 if you're really hungry). I had the baked fish, green lima beans, fried okra, and a roll. You can't really mess up baked fish.The lima beans were well seasoned and reminded me of my granny's. The fried okra was just plain perfect! Crispy but not overly greasy. I most definitely will go back!

Was visiting from TX and my sons took me here for breakfast. The food was amazing and the serving size was huge. Delicious and so very filling. I had the Patriot breakfast. Definitely want to revisit when I visit your area again.

Love this restaurant. Great breakfast. Cafeteria style at lunch. Food is great and the service is even better.

This was like on old-fashioned cafeteria. It was good. I got there too late for there to be any dessert left.

Candy & Tammy are excellent!! They are very personable and kind! The food was amazing! We just moved here and have found out go to place!!!
