David G really went above and beyond when we wandered into the shop looking for wiper blades. My vehicle has odd blades and he went through multiple ones to make sure I got the right fit. He’s exceptionally knowledgeable, helpful, calm and gained two new consumers!

Simply excellent service Seth at AutoZone in Gainesville Florida! Needed a battery, he had a very affordable one available, changed it for me quickly, very professional , made me feel very welcome the whole time, saved me a one hour trip back to return core. Excellent service, affordable battery in very hard economic times! I’ll be back to AutoZone before I go anywhere else!

Per usual, another helpful and pleasant experience at Autozone. They have the best customer service. Today Kyt White helped me and help navigated me through the plethora of wonderful products.

The AutoZone in Newberry Road, Gainesville Florida was outstanding. Chase and the other Brent went above and beyond to help me with the parts that I needed. Chase was kind, understanding and patient with me when I was asking questions about different parts. I had called other places around town and they were not patient with me. Brant did an amazing and time efficient job! Saw my check engine light was on and needed the code read. He found the issue and replaced the part with a great attitude. 10/10 recommend.

It was raining hard on the interstate and I pulled in to an AutoZone. I was warmly greeted at the front door by a young man named Elijah, who was sweeping and let me know he was there to help if needed.. The manager, Chase, came up and asked if I needed any help, and I said, I sure do.
He helped me find the proper windshield wipers, and even installed them for me as requested.
I highly recommend this AutoZone as they will help you get quickly and safely back on the road and with a friendly smile to boot!

BY FAR THE BEST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD AT AN AUTO PARTS OR AUTOZONE EVER!!!! David is an absolute asset to the business and literally took the time to change our battery in the rain while also educating us as to how to properly install a battery in the future if ever we get into a pickle. I tried to tip him and he refused with a smile telling the best tip he can ever receive is knowing that we are safe on the road. I wish every place of business had a David working for them. David, thank you for being you and great at what you do. I will always go to this location thanks to David. 5 stars is as high as it goes but I would give you a million stars if I could. One of the cleanest stores and super friendly staff! I was greated and asked if I needed any assistance by a gentleman upon entering the store. I definitely recommend going here! I needed some cheap good quality wipers and they provided it in new condition. Wipes my windshield noise and scratch free.

I went to store 5470 and Kyt was so very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. Such a delight, worked quickly and efficiently to find the right part I needed and install it. I cannot recommend her and this store enough!

Came in 06/17/2023 to replace the battery in my 2017 Fiat 500X and was needing it installed as well. Was concerned about the nonstop rain that Saturday but JC and his team were very helpful and got me taken care of. Despite the rain outside they got my battery replaced then and there in less than an hour. Superb service and I’m very happy to have stopped by. Thank you again to JC and the other associate outside (sorry I didn’t catch your name, brown hair, beard, glasses) for helping me out. Highly recommend this location for the service alone! 👍

Brought my sons car in for battery issues. Jace V took great care of us & directed us on the things to do for the car.
With out question well worth coming in to here & highly suggest coming to them.
