Tabbi was absolutely amazing in helping me out! I had a battery with some severe issues. She was honest in that she didn't want to change it in case of potential breakage and coordinated a local shop in helping me get my battery changed instead, calling them for me. Never have I ever had such amazing service! This is definitely a shop I'll be coming back to in the future. Thank you Tabbi!!

Super personable, and was super patient with me as we figured out what was wrong with my vehicle. (Ended up being some blown fuses that were causing things to go awry, in and out of the car. Saved me a ton in repairs, and had me laughing through the process..

One of the few large local parts stores in town that are staffed with knowledgeable sales and customer service centered employees. They went above and beyond to research a few chemicals for me to ensure I was getting the best one for my particular application and they actually helped another customer while I was there with a complicated parts order. Will be back for more. Gator1 also gives a 10% discount which is amazing. Thanks!

Manager at the 34th street auto parts store was so helpful in diagnosing my engine problems, got me in and out with a fresh battery, engine fix, and my car driving MUCH better in a half hour. Very personable and helpful in explaining what all was going on, plus they offer a student discount! Highly recommend this location!

I had bought a battery from a different advanced auto part off of new berry road and the guy who we asked to install our battery (the signs on the store said free battery installation) said if he had installed it to my car it would break it. Now my car doesn’t start, but I have a battery and I really needed someone to install it. So, I called a different advanced auto part because all the of the car shops were closed already and explained to them what had happened to see if anyone in their store could install it and the guy told me they were able to so I headed over there with my boyfriend and met the guy I talked to over the phone which was Mr.Samuel, we had talked about what had happened at the different location I bought the battery off of from. It was a very friendly interaction and HE was able to actually install the battery to my car and I’m very thankful for that 🤍. Good service at this specific advanced auto part :)! Thank you Mr.sam.

The Manager, Perez, was absolutely fantastic in helping me make sure my car battery was working properly! He went above and beyond to check that everything was working well, did a systems check, took the time to confirm with a family member and answer any questions, AND gave excellent advice on other questions asked about value and maintenance of my car. Best customer service I have ever had! I had the misfortune of a hose busting while I was running errands so I rushed to Advanced Auto to get a replacement hose. I believe his name was PJ, went above and beyond! I wasn't sure what size hose I needed so he came out to check my car and not only did he get me the right size hose, he replaced it for me too! Saved me so much money and turned a bad day into a wonderful one! 10/10 the best Advanced Auto I have ever been to!

As a local business owner, Frank and his staff go above and beyond to provide an excellent business relationship. Anytime we need them, they are available to provide service that can't be outdone. Prices are great, availability is solid, but we choose these guys based on the quality of service. Keep up the great work and thank you for everything yall do!

V. Samuel was so nice and helpful! I came in today after a slightly scary experience with my car, and needed the battery to be checked and replaced. I was nervous because I was dealing with it alone but he made sure I was informed about what he was doing, what my car needed, and asked me questions. We had a great conversation. I left feeling far less scared and happy that I met him. So if you have any car issues and go here, I hope V. Samuel helps you.

I ended up needing a new battery, and while I wasn't exactly sure what kind I needed, they took the time to make sure I got the right one. When it came to changing the battery, the process ended up being a little but tougher than originally thought. Instead of saying they couldn't help me. Bill and Kash took the time to make sure they changed it out and got me going. 5 stars is not enough. I will for sure be coming back if I need anything and I will tell everyone else to come here as well.

Great, fast, and friendly service. I went in for wiper blades. An employee asked me immediately if I needed any help and he looked up my car to see what size blades I needed. He helped me pick out a good set of blades and encouraged me to buy the ones that were buy 2, get $10 off. After checking out, he put the blades on my car for me, even though this was something I could have easily done myself. Highly recommend this location.
