Denny's

Everything was great and we really liked our server Christopher V. He was very nice and did a great job.

Overall a great experience today. The young gentleman who helped me in the evening did an amazing job when I placed my order to go. He was quick and efficient. He made sure I had everything I needed and made sure to ask if I needed anything else before I left. Excellent customer service!

The 55+ omelette was DELICIOUS!! We ate inside on a Saturday morning. The house was packed so I understand service being slower than usual. We come to this Denny's a few times every month. The service people are always very polite and accommodating.

If I could give higher rating for service I would. My sister and myself have dairy allergies, the server Saundra V. took time to look up each food item to make sure there was no milk or cheese in our dinners. She was the very first server that took the time to research our dinners to make sure we were going to be okay. Thank you so much Saundra V.

Jose was our waiter and he was awesome. Fun to talk with, very friendly and great service. Food was delicious!!!! Great wild caught Alaskan salmon! Not expensive at all.

I had the greatest Denny experience again! I was like a baby in the candy store - smacking and kicking my feet. Thank you for such a great Denny experience after years of not going there due to an awfully bad Denny experience.

Ordered our food to go, very delicious. It was still displayed in a way that made it quite appetizing once I got home. The service was quick and took under 15 minutes 2 complete our order. Thanks cville Dennys. A better value than IHOP by far.

Fast hot and friendly:) I asked for extra ranch and she gave me just that extra drinks we got that too

As a frequent customer of many years at this location no visit was as pleasurable as the one I made the other day. My server Hedgar was a joy to have, it was a shame I couldn't stick around to talk more with the guy. Good food and good folks.

Considering I have dined at various Denny’s locations in the last two decades I think it’s fair to say that the carpentersville location was hands down the best service I’ve encountered. Thank you to Chris for his hospitality and gracious energy! I also saw him with other guests serve them with the same attitude, he is definitely a professional and made the experience 5 stars.

The manager at the carpentersville location is a hoot. It's like family. I walk in here, and Rich gets on my very last nerve but I love him. The staff here is so friendly and they truly remember names and faces. Creating memories here with the staff has been enjoy for me and my family. What's his name?

Our waitress was so wonderful. That was our first time at this Denny's. The customer service was so wonderful, we will be back.

Everything was good. Service was a little slow, but they had gotten some big orders. Other than that, it was nice. The food was good.

Drew is the best manager around. The guy makes the environment feel more than just a boring restaurant. He adds a good personality. 10/10 would recommend this place any time of the day,- even 10:30pm haha.
