Mitch B at 600 E Stacy Rd in Allen at the Firestone is amazing. Came in with a mistake that Carvana missed and he took the time to get the warranty sent through, took the pics and jumped through the hoops to get this corrected. I cannot stress how much he has made this experience a better one. He is retired Army Veteran and I recommend him and Firestone for any warranty work that you may need as well as basic maintenance or tires. Good people helping other good people is what it is all about.

Kept me in the loop with phone calls and texts every step of the way. Even though I wasn’t able to get back with my sales rep in a timely manner to let him know my tire preference as well as give him the go ahead to proceed with the replacement of all 4 tires, he made sure the guys went full tilt to get my tires on to meet my short time frame for pick up. What a great team!

Last Wednesday I had to leave work a bit early to go home, pick up my wife and get her to an important doctors appointment. I had a tire that had been “less than professionally” plugged. I was concerned about having a flat and causing my wife to miss her appointment. I went to the Firestone store on Stacy road and Zack Sterling interrupted his schedule, put a tech on the job and had me (confidently) on my way in a short time. This was outstanding work by Zack and yet he did it as though it was just part of his daily routine. Much thanks to Zack and the rest of the guys at the Stacy store. Sometimes little things have such big impacts.

Always takes good care of my truck. Quick and on time work. Offers/Prices are fair and applicable. Didn't get any pushy sales or concerning news about things I don't really need. Thanks

They always take the best care of us. When something is wrong they fix it. They always call with concerns and my vehicle never breaks down due to your awesome care. I love having the store so close to my house. I like being able to get inspections done there too. I love having help with Tow service too when needed. You are just awesome.

The manager was great. He was kind and efficient, presented all of the options without putting pressure on. All of the work was completed and my car drives great.

Ended up using Firestone Direct service where their service van comes to you. It was great! I called for an appointment and luckily they had one available in just 1 hour. The van arrived on time and did the oil change right in my driveway in less than 1 hour - no mess, no fuss and ended with a short list of minor service recommendations and a battery check. Awesome service - will use again!

Timely service including locating my tires, getting them to the store and on the car. Zak and Mitch did an excellent job.

We are so fortunate! We had to get our A/C fixed and an oil change. The original completion date was two days from now, as they are closed on the 4th, and their specialist, Derrick was only going to be there for a few more hours. Not only did they get it done the same day, but Niko applied every discount without us even asking. Fantastic and speedy. Thank you so much!

Guys in the shop are very friendly. They got the air in my tires fixed and got me back on the road in a jiffy.

Went in today with problems with my tire pressure monitoring system that was installed incorrectly by a different Firestone branch. Woody and the team were extremely friendly, professional and was able to fix the issue quickly. Fantastic customer service overall!
