First time here and the attendant made us feel right at home. We were probably annoying with all our questions and requests but he was very patient and friendly! Everything was delicious and the place was very clean. My favorite were definitely the birds nests and the coffee ice cream.

This place is amazing! So many yummy options! The gelato is super creamy and so beautiful. I counted 36 flavors! They have classic and unique flavors.
We tried the Dubai chocolate and loved it!
The service was incredible! The staff is so friendly and helpful.
The restaurant is gorgeous! They also have a lovely outdoor patio.

Delightful place just in heart of Richardson. Customer service is top notch. Ahmed walked us through all the flavors offered that helped us in choosing what we wanted. Owner has put his heart and soul into Sugar - Sweets and Gelato. We will definitely be going back.

Came here on a whim, Saturday, July 13th. Customer service was fantastic. The Gelato was absolutely delicious. The caramel popcorn was EXACTLY LIKE Carmel popcorn. The Gelato was delicious and the samples were so exciting. I will definitely be back.

First time visiting Sugar Factory and immediately blown away by how vibrant and elegant the establishment was. Karam and Mohammad were guiding us through the ordering process and were very patient with us as we sampled a few different flavors of their Gelato. Our favorite treat were the birds nest, it was very savory and just the right amount of sweetness. Will definitely be revisiting.

Tried this place for the first time about a week ago and it was amazing!! Service was great and so kind and welcoming. They let us try multiple flavors and gave us recommendations. The caramel popcorn was a 10/10 and I loved the flaky and crispy pistachio baklava. The interior is also nice, modern, and open. Definitely recommend!!

Their gelato are the best, we come here once a week. Tried kunafa, warbat and gelato,aside from the place ,the customer service is superb-Layan, Karam and Muhammad and the other guy i believe wss the owner or maybe manager are super nice. The Turkish coffee was good too just so strong for me.

Decided to check this place out randomly and got some items to go. First of all the place looks really nice with the decor, will definitely be back with friends. The ice cream was delicious, tons of unique combinations, loved the orange hazelnut. Also got a pastry and Gelato cake. Also very delicious. Everything was around 28 dollars total, so not too expensive and definitely worth it!! Will be back soon.

Absolutely loved my experience at Sugar! The unique frozen yogurt flavors were a delightful surprise, and the Gelato was incredibly creamy and rich. And many different types of cakes and streets.

The coffees and teas were the perfect accompaniment, making it a complete treat.

Friendly staff and cozy ambiance added to the wonderful visit.

This place offers amazing Middle Eastern desserts and Gelato! Stopped in twice during my trip to Dallas to enjoy their delicious Turkish coffee Gelato with coworkers. I was disappointed they didn't actually coffee both time I stopped in.

This place has so much to offer! It's tucked away, so not too easy to see from the intersection, BUT IT IS WORTH YOUR TIME!! They have so many dessert options, different coffees, cakes, baklava, sorbet, frozen yoghurt, Gelato, & more. Everything seems to be made freshly made. Their customer service is fabulous! Smiling faces greet you, no wait time, lots of patience & they answered all my questions (no attitude). They also encourage you to taste test before you decide! I opted for límone, rasberry, & pomegranate sorbet. It was delightful, refreshing, & cooling for this heat! Seating is in abundance, comfy, & clean! They also have a large outdoor, covered, patio; which, is also very nice! We didn't sit out, as it's too hot, but when we return during a cooler season, we will try it out! They also have these two cute espresso cup chairs for foto/social media opportunities/posts. Please go & support a small business & make sure that you give them your review. They are on Instagram & several other social media platforms.

Incredible service, can’t believe they’re open late!!! They gave us so many samples we almost got full on them, they have so many unique flavors, and the sizes are HUGE!! I love the atmosphere, everything is so clean and beautiful!! Love the Photo Booth too!

It was my first time here. I love this place. They have amazing home made Gelato. Try the Dragon Fire 🔥 it is you like spicy!

The customer service is excellent! They were patient and attentive to my kids while they tried different flavors of gelato. The variety of gelato flavors was overwhelming. I also got their walnut, pistachio, and lotus flavored baklava. In addition, this place also serves coffee and froyo with a toppings bar.

The Baklava was overpriced compared to other spots, but they tasted good. Gelato was good.

We tried new desserts too 😋 yummy. Everyone needs to try once. Actually, the place was too bright and the service was fantastic.

Karan and Mohammad were very informative in explaining all the different flavors in each dessert they recommended. Their baklava as well as their mango and Arab mastic gelato were delicious. Will definitely come back again to try something new on the menu.

Great atmosphere and dessert! The Dubai chocolate was pretty tasty. The mango gelato cheesecake was delicious with a very soft texture. Muhammad gave us good recommendations on which desserts to try out. Overall, great experience.
