Another Great customer experience with the guys here at Power Play. Messaged them through messenger after hours due to my son breaking a blade on the ice during practice. Not only did they respond that night but while we were still in the rink, the following day we confirmed they had the blades in stocks. Paul went above and beyond ensuring that I got the blades as soon as possible and had them sharpened for me, all this for a small $70 sale. Great customer service, thank you!

Super friendly and welcoming staff . Our family wasn’t sure if we were going to enjoy hockey due to the high price entry point and accessibility however, Powerplay allows members to use their skates and equipment for free. So if you want to try hockey to see if it’s your thing without committing hundreds of dollars, this is the place. 5 stars, love it.

Awesome place for the kids to play on the ice!

Great used sports shop. PPS has a half rink inside to try equipment before you buy. Almost nightly they host a free skate event targeted towards different age groups. They provide a community service to help athletes of all skill level and age gain confidence and camaraderie.

Underrated place! Just off rt 81.. Watertown exit #47. Has a very small rink -- for purpose of skill development. They also have a small synthetic ice rink-ette for shooting. Outdoor ice behind facility! Small pro shop w/basic items & skate sharpening (no goalie stuff tho). Small open area for strength training. Packs a lot of hockey needs in one place! Hockey goalie training w/ Coach Roch & Coach Greg is a terrific option (coaches are amazing). Training is on indoor ice. For CNY area, this is the most accessible & affordable goalie traing you'll get (else, you have to go to Buffalo). Owners are friendly, helpful -- genuinely glad to have you patron their facility. Love it!

Absolutely LOVE these guys! They are a small business with a huge hockey heart. Plenty of gear in stock, great at sharpening skates, awesome facilities!
