Beltone Hearing Aid Center

From the initial call to schedule an apt, to the visit today, I have been extremely pleased. They are very friendly and so easy to talk too. The front desk person was so easy going and happy. I truly believe they love there jobs. I Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a hearing test or hearing aids.

Lisa takes her time in explaining things and makes sure you understand what she has taught. Manager, Deb took the time to write down my questions, got me new ear buds and fit me into thier busy schedule to answer any questions I had. They are wonderful care givers.

Paige at the Peoria location took such wonderful care of my mother Kathy this afternoon. Paige treated Kathy like gold and listened to her issues and then cleaned and reprogrammed her hearing aids for better volume and clarity in large setting. this was such outstanding service from Paige, and she was even working on vacation while in Peoria, as she is from out of state. Thank you Paige for your kindness and professionalism you showed to mom.

I recently was fitted for Beltone Imagine hearing aids by Krystal. I have worn hearing aids for 5 years from another office and brand. Krystal took the time to explain the features and most importantly made certain the hearing aids fit properly. These new hearing aids fit comfortably, provide better functions, and significantly improved my hearing. A friend recently commented how much better I hear. Very satisfied with the hearing aids and service from Krystal.

Lisa Buettner in Peoria was her usual competent, positive, sincerely caring self, dedicated to ensuring that my mother left her appt with improved hearing. Lisa changed a setting on Mom's hearing aid, so the volume was increased. However, Mom had some ear wax built up against the eardrum of her only "hearing" ear, so Lisa urged we visit a health facility for a wax removal. We followed her advice, and Mom was hearing wonderfully again within an hour and a half. What a relief after several weeks of increasingly muffled, indistinguishable sounds and conversations!

I am 75 yrs. old and received my first pair of hearing aids from Beltone. I tried a competitor but they were to high pressure in their sales pitch so I chose Beltone. I've gone through nine visits to increase my hearing aids volume to where they should be because of my hearing loss.

I felt that Beltone did an admirable job in teaching me how to clean my hearing aids, take the ear wig off and clean it and teach me how to put the hearing aids in my ears.

It's true, you can teach old dogs new tricks.

Just went in to have my hearing aid cleaned and the charger checked out to be sure everything was working properly. Krystal was extremely helpful and explained things to me in a manner I could understand. All around great service!!! Thanks again!
