My sister and I had the Pleasure of being taken care of by Johnny. We were switching from cricket and he explained everything and all of the options we had based on my sister's needs. I came in to the store this week and picked up my replacement phone. I was greeted as soon as I walked in by Aaliyah. She was really nice and extremely helpful. She made the experience super easy!! She was quick and proficient and answered all of my questions I had. Great service, thank you again!!

We bought our phones from Dan a few years ago. He was a stand up guy then and has not changed. He has gone above and beyond for us with his exceptional customer service!! Dan helped us out when we had an issue with our phones and we are so grateful! Go see Dan, you won’t be dissapointed.

This store has THE BEST customer service representatives that I have had the pleasure to come in contact with in a very long time. The store can get busy and they all have the patience and the great attitude to help everyone, in the order they came in, to have all their needs tended to. They are willing to stay and take the time for customers to completely understand any concern they may have. I'd like to single out Dave B. as someone who gets answers to any and all your questions or problems to your satisfaction. Tyler, the manager, does a great job and should be proud of all the employees there. Highly recommend this store

Zach was very helpful. Helped us pick a phone, transferred data, put on shield and cover and gave us info on getting another phone repaired. When we came back to pick up the phone another guy helped me with my phone repair. After getting the run around on the phone, Zach made another call and got everything straightened out. The guys here were awesome and we are completely satisfied!

Really rough week. Phone started not permitting calls. Came in and worked with Frank. Super patient, understanding and considerate. Helped me with my phone and had me out in less than 10 minutes. Will be returning to this location in the future to work with Frank specifically.

So my dad took me and my brother in t mobile to get our phones on the same plane as his cuz recently his old phone gotten out dated or something and he had to buy a new one but anyways when we went in the guys name was I think Johnny but when he switch our SIM cards he realize the phone was lock from a carrier and he helped us out big time by telling us sum of the deals for a new phone set for calling our carrier. And after he checked us out he helped my brother transfer the stuff over to his new phone but my phone kept saying it had to update for 3 hours so he just had me put in my Apple ID which honestly he saved me a big headache lol. But the customer service was really helpful and he was really nice I would definitely come back if I had any issues with my phone or looking at buying something. Btw it was a really good deal

I walked right in and got the help I needed. Heather was amazing. To anyone who ever feels uncomfortable with phone sales reps, I promise, go to Heather and she will put all your concerns and worries to rest! She knew everything I had questions on and I learned some new info as well. I came in with the fear of a previous TMobile store just trying to sell expensive phones to me. But she was very great and I left with a new phone without needing to purchase one that would cost me $500-800. The store was clean and both Heather and the other associate had smiles on their faces. I've been with tmobile for over 10 years and absolutely love them. This store in particular is just amazing! The staff is incredibly helpful and always spend whatever amount of time is needed to help you while you're there. I've been coming here for a couple years now and will continue to come here.

The NEW BEST T-Mobile Store

Daniel, one of the store managers is literally A1. He saved me when I came into the store very last minute and was so nice and cordial! Appreciate everything!!!

Store staff always helpful. I had an additional charge for using 411 (which I never use). After staff figured out the problem they removed the additional charges and advised me to delete my 411 contact since I never use it anyways (which I did).

Frank was outstanding went above and beyond for us !!!!!! I've had issues with this location in the past and was hesitant on stopping however I'm glad we did. I wish I could give more than 5 stars THANK YOU

I am blown away at the help and customer service I was given by Jay Jay, Brandon, and Vinny! I initially came in just to find out information and then ended up switching 6 lines from another carrier. Top notch service! Well done gentlemen!

I had such a great experience here! The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. I'm glad they finally put a corporate store filled with awesome people at the new Shops at Parma.

The people here are always so nice. I always have something wrong that no one ever heard of before (of course, cuz, me) and they are always patient and they always find a fix! Thank you!!!

Johnny was very knowledgeable and pointed me in the right direction to get my phone repaired as well as add a family member to my phone plan.

Johnny and Dave working there are super cool, they were able to help me out when 4 other locations had nothing for me.

They do well compared to other T-Mobile places were they look miserable helping customers. I’ll keep going to this one some few know how to handle customers

Dave from t Mobile parMA town is awesome. Got me a reused phone, checked it out and explained to me step by step how to use my phone. Five stars in my book!
