Drove 40 minutes to this location because it was the closest that had the phone I wanted. Had the good fortune to meet Robert - who was both friendly and deeply knowledgeable. Robert got me set up with the new phone and was able to tell me how best to take advantage of the various promos, saving me roughly $100 per month. And he did this all while juggling multiple customers, all of whom were treated with absolute courtesy and professionalism.

Sam is AMAZING. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We had been through the wringer with probably 5 other people, and Sam was the only one that knew how to solve our issue. Highly recommend! We will be coming to Sam if we have any future issues! Would rate higher than 5 stars if I could.

The gentleman who helped us had us in and out of the store quickly and definitely helped us out. Since my original MetroPcs in Brunswick closed a few years ago Ive had to go to several other locations. This particular Parma location has been the best all around each time. He advised her to get a Samsung and she loves it! Great price and phone all around.

Sam was AMAZING!!!!! He helped us with a crazy day of phone trouble! He even went beyond his usual and called the company to help us get things cleared up and have a clear understanding of what we needed! Sam was so helpful with my Mom and I. We weren't really sure if any of the phones were right for her and in her budget, but he listened to her needs and wants and was extremely helpful with finding her the perfect phone. Now she is chatting and browsing away. We have come to him several times and after many unpleasant visits at other locations I am so happy we found a genuinely nice and helpful guy. Been going to a different Metro store for 4 years and they just wanted to upsell me on everything and I was never offered the discounts on my plan that they gave me here at this location. Staff are friendly and courteous and really tries to get you the best deal on your plan.

This review is based on 2 visits to the Metro by T-Mobile store located at 5500 Pearl Rd in Parma. First visit was when I purchased my new phone and plan. I walked in pretty much knowing what I wanted and the store rep got me set up and going within 10-15 min. Spent maybe 20-30 minutes total in store. Second visit was to pay my first bill after initial purchase. I was in and out within 5 minutes tops. So based on my personal experience with this store I give it five stars.

The young guy and his equally young manager were both extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient as I asked my many very detailed questions. The wait wasn't bad either.

Had a terrible experience at a MetroPCS store in Lakewood and I decided to travel to this Parma location to find some of the best customer service I've had in a long time I purchased an iPhone and was treated with respect and not chastise as a person only inquiring about a phone I highly recommend this location when dealing with Metro PCS.
