Very clean restaurant and cheerful employees. We stopped in for the orange dream sickle frosty! Did not disappoint!

Salome, a young Spanish girl, provided exceptional service when she took my order at around 7 pm tonight. Her attitude was amazing and her speed was impressive. She was extremely customer-friendly. In contrast, the attitude at another Wendy's location. I highly appreciate the service I received at this particular location. I believe Salome deserves a rating of 10 stars, although the system does not allow for it.

I've always loved Wendy's but sometimes the employees do more than needed to make my experience even better. I came by tonight around 10:30 and was helped by Riley, who informed me that they only had the Vanilla frosty available when I asked for Chocolate. I wasn't bothered, and instead ordered a Small Cherry Coke. Riley instead gave me a Medium drink for free as an apology for not having my original request available. He absolutely did not have to do that (and I know sodas are relatively inexpensive on the grand scale) but the gesture was just so kind that I had to leave a review about it. He also went out of his way to take my payment and give me my food through the first window that I was next to because he knew the person in front of me was going to take a while to get their food! It really made my night! He was so pleasant and thoughtful. I hope Riley gets the recognition he deserves for doing more than he's asked on the job. Thank you. :)

I come here occasionally for lunch since it's close to work. Lately this spot has been quite good as far as staff and the quality of food you get. They also give you what you pay for which I know should be a given but these days fast food places forget to give you what you pay for and by the time you drive away it's to late. you shouldn't have to check it's their job. this place does a great job at getting your order in and getting it to you fast.

I've avoided this Wendys for years, because I've had many bad experiences at this location. I recently gave them another try because of necessity and I was pleasantly surprised by the great service I received. I came back again today because I actually wanted to. Jamali is a game changer. His great attitude and desire to provide accurate and friendly service has completely flipped my opinion about this Wendys location.

Charlene the manager was great! I will go to this specific Wendy's location everytime just because I know I will receive her quality of customer service. She knows how to treat humans! Food was fresh and in order. She had consideration and made sure all my food was fresh and I appreciate.

Kim the manager gave me an amazing experience. She's so sweet and a hard worker. I'm glad I got to meet her. There needs to be more managers like her!!

I love this Wendy's. All the employees there are so nice. They know me because I always order Dave's double and or single, no mayo no cheese. It's always sooo fresh that sometimes I pull to the yellow line while it's being made fresh. I don't know all the employees by name but I can tell you they all do an OUTSTANDING JOB! If I was there manager I would give them all raises and bonuses. I highly recommend this Wendy's location on SR 434 near the Springs subdivision in Altamonte springs FL. Thank u guys and gals for all you do. It doesn't go unnoticed.🙂

This is a great Wendys. They get your order right every time and the food tastes very fresh. The drive thru provides very quick service. In fact just as quick as Chick Fil A. I definitely recommend stopping at this Wendys if you are in the mood for some good quick fast food.

Bourbon bacon cheeseburger was probably by far one of the best meals you guys have had! Please don’t get rid of it. You guys have great customer service and pretty quick in drive thru

Very fast service! The staff was also friendly. However, they did forget to give us the juice box that comes with a kids meal. I still give them 5 stars for how awesome their service was.

Great drive thru service truly fast and they get your order correct,my order was ready before I handed the gentlemen my debit card 5 stars keep it up.

This is the second time having breakfast here and I gotta say it's really good. Their honey butter chicken biscuit would give chic fill a a run for there money. Keep it up!

rarely have a messed up order and when it does happen, they fix it or make it better. great service. sometimes a lil slow but fine. we always come back or bring others

Alain has amazing costumer service. Takes order fast and does it in a profesional matter. The kid is overall a nice and good worker

Delicious!!! New fries are absolutely yummy! If you like iced coffee, try the chocolate Frappuccino.
