Stopped in 6/11/2024 to sell an Apple Watch. I had Googled where to sell it before I left home and this was a result. My wife had called ahead to confirm that and was given a yes. We arrived and I went inside and was very promptly greeted by Alayna. She was very warm and friendly. I explained my wife had just called about selling an Apple Watch. Alayna smiled and was ready to go. She navigated everything up until the cashing out part. The system was not letting her scan a code. She made several calls to other stores for help. She was determined to get this done. Unfortunately, the system just couldn't do the trade. Alayna was very apologetic and I assured her that it wasn't her fault. She went way above and beyond for what she had to. I ended up going to another store about a mile away to do the trade. Alayna had even given me the directions to that store because I'm not from Boardman. Next level service. I hope she gets a huge raise for this kind of service.

Went here to get some games and was incredibly surprised by the attentivness of the employees. Usually when we go to a game store were ignored and left to our own devices. They were super helpful and we ended up signing up for a pro plan for the great deals. Also the stores layout is simple and effective.

This GameStop is awesome. The folks that work there are outstanding. They make you feel welcomed always. The Assistant Manager Jeff is a true pro. He always goes the extra mile and makes you feel truly appreciated.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They had exactly what I was looking for. Definitely prefer this location over other local locations I've been to.
