Paco's Tacos

Inside Chevron Station. Not a lot of room Inside, has a few tables to eat. I had a Lengua & Cabeza taco both were good I've had Lengua (tongue) before and liked it. Cabeza (head meat, w/fat) was alright but it was fatty compared to the Lengua. I will definitely be eating here again even if it's for takeout !!

Okay, for all of my Pacific Northwest/Portland Foodies, I think I’ve found the Muchas Gracias of Utah! (At least for the Breakfast Burrito)! Their green sauce is very similar and the bacon to egg to potato ratio is just about right! IYKYK!

You won’t be disappointed in the size, the price, and definitely the Taste!

Paco's Tacos is the closest thing to San Diego style Mexican food I've found in Utah. It's one of my favorite places to eat! I've been accused of owning stock in the company (they don't offer stocks... yet), and I've been called a simp for them. I guess guilty as charged? Their food is great, what can I say? It's not too expensive, and the food sizes are good for the prices you pay. What's not to love?

Great value. You get a lot of good food that is quite affordable. The burritos are great. I also had to try the flying saucer, which is basically a stacked tostada. It was great too. You wouldn't expect a gas station restaurant to be this good, but it is.

It’s a gem at a gas station. I walked around pilot truck stop looking for something to eat and I couldn’t bring myself to buy anything. I was walking around and found this place. I am so glad I did. Carne is delish. I was so excited I didn’t have to eat truck stop food. They should put a sign down by pilot to let drivers know, there’s way better options here.

Literally BEST music this side of the Mississippi. The sing along was incredible. Everyone here is very musically inclined. Love it!
Also the perfect place to wait for your car to get emissions done. My favorite hang out In. The. World. 👍

THE ABSOLUTE BEST MEXICAN RESTAURANT I'VE EVER BEEN TO. I mean it. If you're following my travels, you know that it takes alot for me to give it all thumbs. PACOS TACOS gets it!!! Good prices, Amazing cuisine. The only take away is that this gem is hidden in a gas station. I loved my food experience here. I hope they expand

Wow. Yummy! Inside the Chevron building. It was clean and the only issue was so many choices! I always like to try the chicken chimichanga at new places like this. The wife got the carne asada burrito. We got the platters which include rice and beans. Both were hot and full of meat with a bit of cheese. The rice was lightly seasoned and the beans were the right thickness. They don't make the desserts. We got the chocolate flan and the tres leches cake. Both were full of flavor! Would highly recommend and will be back!

We get pacos at least once a week. Literally better than any other Mexican food restaurant I've been to. We love the pan Cho's and Utah burritos.

Good tacos, good service, good price. They have a drive thru so you don't have to go into the gas station.

The carne asada burrito is really good. It could use a little more cilantro, but still very good.

Horchata is excellent, and so are the churros. Next time I'm going to try a torta.

If you are in the Lehi down town area and like Mexican food, I definitely recommend giving Paco's Taco's a try.

Got the ham, egg, cheese, and potatoes breakfast burrito. First bite and I was hooked! So much flavor! We are coming back!

The food and service is beyond awesome! The food is always hot and delicious. Every time the food quality is 10/10 highly recommend to anyone looking for good Mexican Food!

There are very few places I go to get some dang good Mexican street food and this was instantly one of them! I loved there Mar Y Tierra burrito with some very tasty salsa Roja. 5 stars all the way.

Fajita burrito and tamale. Excellent Mexican food. Quick and easy. Prices are reasonable. If you want a quality burrito try this place.

Stopped by for gas and enjoyed a delicious meal! Very good Mexican food for a gas station love coming here and the employees are always very nice and professional

Nice little hole in the wall authentic Mexican restaurant. Similar style to Betos, but we are much more satisfied with Paco's. The family that owns it is also very sweet!

This place is amazing! I tried the Paco Chipotle Burrito, and I literally think about it through the week and I’ve been making excuses to go to Lehi just so I can go get the chipotle burrito + a nice cold Horchata! seriously life enhancing! as a bonus, the staff is just really nice and friendly. I’d recommend this place to anyone especially for that burrito. The next burrito I’ll be trying is the Cielo Mary Tierra burrito!
