They got me in the next day after my check engine light came on and just from the description knew what was going on (confirmed with the diagnostic). They got the parts within minutes and had me fixed up within an hour and a half. I’m so happy with the service I received, their kindness and the cleanliness of the facility.

Took my vehicle to Johnny's for the first time for some routine maintenance. The experience was excellent! Great communication before, during, and after the work was done. Clean waiting room and restroom. Friendly and helpful folks working. Overall my experience could not have been better!

Went to Johnny’s for the first time this morning for an oil change and I won’t be taking my car anywhere else! They were incredibly friendly, professional and reasonably priced. The waiting room was comfortable, the service timely, and they even left me roses on my dashboard- love the extra touch. Happy to have found my new mechanic in central FL!

What an absolute pleasure and satisfaction with every one that I encountered at Johnny's! Especially Richard!!! Amazing staff and workmanship. Would definitely recommend and return to the shop. 40 minutes drive but we'll worth it.

These folks are awesome. My van was an absolute mess with a plethora of issues (it’s a dodge grand caravan). The guys at Johnny’s diagnosed all the issue with pictures to back up their evaluation. I couldn’t justify the cost of parts and repairs to my vehicle so I declined any service from them. They graciously accepted my decision and gave me back my vehicle without charging me anything for the diagnosis. Super professional and polite. I will use this mechanic again when I need future vehicle repairs.

This place is the most honest and respectable repair shop I have seen in central Florida. I have been living in this area for over 10 years and have needed a mechanic on at least five separate occasions. Before Johnny's, I always felt I was being swindled and over-charged. This time, when I needed a mechanic, a customer of mine recommended Johnny's. It was a bit of a drive for me, living on the north side of Davenport, but I was so glad I did. They were honest, respectful and kept me posted on the work being done to my vehicle. They went above and beyond to not only repair my truck, but value me as a customer. Finally...after over ten years...I found an honest mechanic in central Florida. I strongly recommend that the next time you need your vehicle repaired, take it here (despite the distance). You'll be glad you did.

From start to finish, Mike handled all of my issues with my Honda CR-V along with dealing with my Extended Service Contract. The guys were great, properly repairing and getting it done on a timely manner. I will be back to get my car serviced when needed.

I visited Johnny’s today for routine maintenance. It was a great experience throughout. I worked with Mike who was very friendly and professional. At the conclusion of my service, I received a text complete with results of everything completed along with photos. The cost was significantly less than the dealer I previously used. When I got back to my vehicle, there were two roses on the dashboard, a thank you for using Johnny’s! On a side note, their facility was spotless and very clean, including the restroom. I would highly recommend Johnny’s!

Feel very comfortable having repairs to my vehicles done at Johnny’s in Winter Haven. Upfront estimate and very quick repair. The first thing I dis notice was how immaculate the shop was kept. Attention to detail reflects in the quality of work.

This was my first experience with Johnny's Automotive. By far, the best choice. They are all so friendly, detail when giving an estimate for service with pictures of your vehicle and all the parts. Service was completed in a timely manner. Fair pricing. And the bonus (I imagine for women) is a rose on your dashboard when you get in your vehicle to leave. Highly recommend.

So happy we brought our Prius here! Love the convenience of online scheduling and drop off. Really appreciated the clear explanation and pictures of needed repairs. It was also such a relief to have the use of a loaner car. And the most outstanding thing was the customer service!

Impressed with this shop. Prompt service, kind staff and comfortable waiting room with thoughtful snacks, beverages & TV. They positioned my car so I simply had to drive straight out to the road & even left me a rose on the dashboard. Sometimes it’s the little things in this world that make a difference! Wonderful experience and won’t hesitate to go back.

First time using Johnny’s auto shop, it came highly recommended from my brother. I had an excellent experience they were very professional. They took me right in and while I was waiting, I received the report of everything that needed to be taken care of in my car. They never pushed anything on me or try to upsell me anything extra. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone that wants to have a great experience and deal with honest and professional people.

Nice staff and great work. The loaner car is great when you have no other car. If they one available. Make sure to use them for oil changes also. I have had problems from Walmart and the quick lube shops.

I'm very happy with my initial interaction with Johnny's Automotive. Not only is it easily one of the nicest shops to wait for your vehicle to be worked on, they seem very interested in ensuring time isn't wasted and the vehicles they're working on are a priority. I plan to return soon for additional work and hopefully it'll be consistent.

This was my second visit to have work done on one of my vehicles, the first time was in Haines City on Hwy 27 and the second one was in Winter Haven on Dundee Rd and I will highly recommend Johnny's Automotive for any repairs to your vehicles. They are extremely knowledgeable, professional and technologically up to date, also there service is done in a timely manner. I am truly impressed with their honesty due to the fact there not trying push or sell you any other service other than what you need. What I do admire and appreciate is the extra mile they go to do a complete inspection of your vehicle then get with you and show if there other opportunities that need to be repaired with a download, pictures and explanations. No pressure! All the business are very clean and
they offer there customers refreshments and snacks , how thoughtful in this day and time.
While you are waiting for you repairs. Customer service is there priority. I will recommend Johnny's Automotive Repair to anyone who ask me if I know a good mechanic. Another happy return customer!

Well done! Not your cookie-cutter car dealer service. Things were done to my car that had never been done to any of my cars including ball/joint arms. Very happy. They’re my new go-to for service.

From the time we walked in the door greeted by two very friendly gentlemen and the brightest and cleanest auto repair we had ever been in. The coffee ,soft drinks and snacks arranged at no charge. The prices of service were posted for all to see. Everything was explained as to what needed to be done to get us back on the road and a courtesy ride home and pick up when repairs finished, so pleased could say more but won't go on and on, this will be our choice of auto repair in the future, and will recommended.

Very prompt and honest estimate. Had my car towed there. The garage wasn't opened, but he opened it and took my information a whole hour before they opened. Will recommend and take my car there anytime.

I had trouble with my car starting. I took it back and they said it was fixed. However, two weeks later my car wouldn't start and my wife and I were stranded a few miles from home. Had to have car towed and we walked because only one person could ride with the driver. Really bad experience and I feel they should have caught the problem previously and avoid another $1000 job.
