I absolutely loved my trip here. I’ve been trying to find the Tobies (Hinkley) sugar cookies that are frosted elsewhere because they stopped making them but their sugar cookie here is almost an exact replica. I bit into my frosted sugar cookie and almost cried. The cupcakes were pretty good, I wasn’t a fan of the Andy mint frosting due to the type of frosting being whipped versus buttercream. My husband really enjoyed his cookie and we can’t wait to come back. They also offer a cool variety of drinks.

Meg and the staff at Rush City Bakery are incredible to work with! The ordering process for our event was easy. The desserts were absolutely delicious!! We ordered trays of the mini dessert assortment and the variety was so fun- a mix of chocolate, non-chocolate, and fruit based flavors. The biggest hits were the cannolis, lemon tartlets, and chocolate bundlets (completely gone by the end of the night!) and the mini cheesecakes. No one could pick a favorite though! We’ve gotten many different treats from Rush City Bakery over the years and will continue to go there again and again!

My husband and I had Rush City Bakery do our wedding cake and desserts for our October wedding and they were absolutely delicious. We had so many compliments on the cake, not too sweet at all, just really tasty. Meg did a fantastic job with decorating them and delivering them on time as well. We would recommend this bakery to anyone.

Delicious! Friendly staff. Great bakery, not many left like this the general area. Pro tip, stop here and skip the "famous" cinnamon roll joint further north on the freeway. Or do both and compare- you'll learn why the suggestion was to skip that other place- rhymes with Robie's.

I have bought a pecan and pumpkin pie here for the last 2 years for Thanksgiving. Generally I would not even eat either—not my favorite, but omg these are the BEST pies! My family always raves about them. Buttery, flavorful, nutty goodness! See ya next year, and probably every time I pass through for a donut! :)

We ordered cakes for our son's first birthday football themed party. They looked amazing and tasted even better. We had a marble, chocolate, and vanilla with raspberry filling. They were all delicious. The best chocolate cake I've ever had. They were also less expensive than another local place I had priced out. We will probably be getting our son's cakes here every year.

Love this bakery! Everything from donuts to pie is always super fresh and tasty. Hailey is so friendly, helpful, and fast at getting orders handled.
Only downfall is they open at 7am.

Past weekend October 7th 2023 my daughter and now son in-law had their wedding, the wedding cake and all the desserts which were gluten free came in from Rush City MN Bakery. They did an awesome job everything was delicious, and I would recommend them to everyone. Everyone of the guests loved the desserts and of course the beautiful wedding cake.

Adorable bakery! Beautiful pastries and a few really unique items like a fried cinnamon roll, pineapple turnovers and so much more! I was really impressed with the variety: Breads, cooler items, pastries, unique jams, and so many other treats. I didn't try anything from the beverage menu but that looked impressive as well. Very sweet staff!

I have recently moved into the area. While visiting the Post Office I came across the aroma of fresh donut I then tracked it down to this fine Bakery. The Staff are wonderful and only thing better are the donuts.

The cupcakes from Rush City Bakery are delicious! We ordered a variety of flavors for our wedding and couldn't be more thankful! We also had an amazing experience working with Meg. She was flexible, organized, and great at communicating! She did a wonderful job showing that she cares for her clients! We HIGHLY recommend Rush City Bakery!!

Rush City Bakery made the cake and cupcakes for our wedding in May, and they were great! Meg was so easy to work with, prices were incredibly reasonable, and our guests *raved* about the Chocolate Diva cupcakes.

The prices r reasonable. Store clean. Outside is clean. The staff is friendly. The display case is clean & well stock. As u enter, there's a hint of fresh bakery in the air & the donuts r delicious. U can sit & eat there. Very relaxed. I'm going bk.

Meg made this cake for us, it was amazing! Always really great service and baked goods! The best donuts around. Don’t go anywhere else.

I put in an order through my work and they delivered above my expectations. With little direction - they made a cake that was a show stopper. I told all my coworkers who asked that it was from here! It was delicious, sparkly, and made a huge impact.

This place is the best bakery ever. Their products are fresh and flavorful. About 7 years ago they did 4 specialty cakes for my mum's 90th and people still talk about those cakes or call me to find out where I got them.
