Paul is fantastic... knowledgeable, professional, friendly and incredibly patient. He spent a lot, a lot of time explaining everything we asked and needed to know about the financing plan, the phone and the watch. We highly recommend coming here to buy your mobile devices. We love that it is local, too.

I cannot say enough how much this stores manager Paul helped my boyfriend and I this week. We were dealing with a really weird situation that took 40+ hours to get an answer for. We had gone to 4 other stores in the last month looking for help and answers and he was really the only one that would help us, we were told by other managers to just leave the store because they can’t help us, in a very rude way as well. The kindness, patients and dedication Paul showed was amazing and I really wish every Verizon store could have a Paul. Thank you so much!!!!

Had to go in this morning to upgrade my phone and Paul was awesome getting me hooked up with a new phone and accessories. I really need to say how great he is at his job. He was the only team member and it was pretty busy. At 1 point he was literally helping 3 of us at the same time and doing a great job at it! Thanks for helping all of us out Paul :)

Paul was great helping us select new phones with the most advantageous deal, setting them up and getting everything transferred over from our old ones. Very patient and terrific attention to detail. Thanks, Paul!

Paul is amazing, patient, and very knowledgeable. Yesterday my husband’s iPhone lost its ability to send or receive calls. Paul, at the Verizon store in Anacortes, performed all the standard fixes and then called for additional technical help. He stayed a half hour after closing until the phone was operational again. We are very appreciative to have the Verizon Store and Paul right here in Anacortes!

We are the luckiest ladies to walk in and get Paul. He is patient, so smart, and kind. Thank you so much for treating us like queens and never giving up on us!

We had a wonderful experience at the Anacortes Verizon store. Paul made a VERY frustrating situation easy to navigate, and went above and beyond to make sure that our issue was resolved. He was patient, and even stayed late to make sure we were taken care of! Would recommend this store to anyone!

I went into the Anacortes Verizon to have my IPhone replaced yesterday and I was so pleasantly surprised at how courteous and pleasant Paul was in taking care of my issues regarding an upgrade and spending time making sure I understood the process of what was needed and explained to me things about my iPhone that I was unaware of,I also watched as other customers came into his store that he made sure to greet each one and asked them what they needed as he was tending to my replacement at the same time. I really appreciate great customer service and want to acknowledge Paul as a wonderful representative for Zerizon and will from now on continue with him and tell my friends to go there too!

My husband and I had many issues to be resolved and we received excellent service from Paul as we worked through the issues. We are grateful.

Paul was supremely patient, knowledgeable, and professional. He was also a master of multi-tasking, seamlessly (and simultaneously)handling phone calls and in-store clients. I had a litany of self inflicted issues and I left the store with a fully functional and updated phone. Absolutely wonderful service every time I have been in the store!

My phone took a dookie last night, and i couldn't turn it on, I was devastated worried that i would lose all of my photos of my kids over the last 4 years. Anyway, the guys at TCC were able to restore all of my pics, videos, etc from Verizon cloud. I bought a new phone and they set everything up for me. Everything went super smooth and quickly. The employees there, really know what they're doing!! Just walked out of the store with a new phone, and I couldn't be happier!! (This is the second time they've sav3d my tail) Thank you guys, I mean it!! You rock!!!

We stopped into the store recently simply to get a SIM card replaced after a trip to Ireland. Paul greeted us with perfect courtesy, quick service, and then proceeded to help us think through whether we needed to expand our current account. He was cheerful, quick, knowledgeable, and we left the store feeling even better than when we arrived. It reminds us of what good service can be like.

I got terrific service from Joanie who was very inventive in coming up with effective ways to circumvent Verizon's various attempts to keep me from using their services. A+!
