This is the best KFC I have ever been to. Good hot food. Food was out before I could fill the drink cups. Staff was amazingly friendly and good. Job well done 👏

First time at this location. Employees where friendly, food was good and store was clean. Will be back to this location

I couldn't get the app to let me order the Super Bowl special, 8 pieces for $10. I called the store and they agreed someone would help us figure it out if we came into the store, although they wouls not be permitted to extend the deal at the cash register, it had to be ordered on-line. At first, noone knew how to get the app to work on my Android phone. Then "Cassie" offered to try to order it on her phone. It worked! She even paid for it with her card and then we reimbursed her in cash. Cassie saved the day and the deal! Honestly, the app needs to work easier, every employee should know how to work the app and when the app won't work, forget the app and give the customer whatever deal they are trying to order on-line. Good grief! Thank you toCassie!!!

Person taking orders was really nice and helpful. Bucket of chicken with the works. Perfect for a quick family dinner.

Quality fast food experience.

Don't think this location has ever got an order wrong (and I have been here many times), foods always of the highest quality, and the service is always friendly and fast, rather inside or drive thru.

Inside is very clean, spacious, and an enjoyable eat in experience for fast food - which, I almost never do, but would here.

All in all, one of the best KFC locations and a great choice if quality Fast Food is what you're seeking in Mount Vernon.

Drive Thru is currently all that's open due to Covid19.
Everything above still remains true, though, drive thru is a bit slower being all customers are now drive thru.
Still, all things considering, fast and efficient with great food.

We called and spoke to Shirley to order 45 sandwiches for an out of town soccer game to be picked up by a certain time. The sandwiches were ready on time and they did an amazing job. Thank you!

Good food, great service, friendly people! The only complaint really that I would have had, is they needed to wipe some tables down, but in their defense, they were really busy. As it was Friday night, right at dinner time. The coleslaw was exactly as I remembered it being growing up, and they had peppermints on the tables, just like when I was a kid. Overall, the experience was definitely a good one! And very nostalgic. Great place for true KFC! 😊

This group tonight are outstanding in performance. Cars out to the road....I was through in under 15 min with 10 cars.

I gave up on KFC years ago. I drove in late one night and gave it a try. This place knocked it out of the park ! Now I'm old fashioned, so I buy chicken not sandwiches and bowls. I have been back 3 trimes and it's still the best chicken I've had in a long time.

I was pleasantly surprised that my three lunches were less expensive than the posted price on the menu. All three were listed at $5.49 but two only cost $5. Unusual way to increase customer satisfaction, but certainly effective.

Cheryl, the young woman who took my order, was great! Based in what I told her I wanted, she explained that I'd save money by ordering the five dollar meal - and get two more items (a drink and a cookie). So that is what I did. The food was excellent, and the friendly service, top-notch!

Love the chicken original or crunchy both down home cooking biscuits and fries or coleslaw what is my favorite all around great family environment family oriented well I love the chicken tenders with barbecue sauce on them it's sweet got a little Tang to it I like it a lot I go get that almost every single day you should try it it's delicious

Quick service and always upfront if they sell out on chicken how long the wait time will be. The servers are personable and I never feel like I'm a burden when I take my time to order. Food is reliable in flavor and normally kept warm.

Good KFC, everything was great. My spicy chicken sandwich was AT LEAST as good as the same one from chic fil a. Very clean dining area and bathrooms.

This was just a quick drive through to grab a quick bite. The chicken little was great and lets face it, it is fast food even with the 11 herbs and spices (and Im from KY so I do enjoy KFC). Yet far to often at fast food drive throughs it is not a good experience...I want to day unequivocally..this is one of the best in Mt. Vernon. My order is always correct and I have never ever been asked to pull forward (McDonalds is the worst, at least the one on Coshocton). The service is always pleasant even if rhe folls aren't having a great day, I as the customer would know it. As I said they are pleasant and professional!! Thank you.

KFC is always friendly staffed and the food is delicious! We eat there at least once a month! I have only been disappointed 1 time and it was a chicken mashed potato bowl and it was because the bowl was way less than half full!! But over all a great experience!!

I’m from Columbus and i was just in the area and stopped here. The KFC here is way better than the ones in Columbus and Abby provided perfect customer service!
