Call yesterday to ask a few questions. Paid this location a visit this morning. Mrs.Stephanie gave me and my family GREAT customer service, from the time we came in until the time we left and to add this, she was attentive to every customer that came through the door. The store appearance was very clean & neat. I plan on making this location my go to store in the future & referring others to visit this place as well.

My shoes that I ordered were delivered on time and I love them they are so comfy, and they are reasonable in price, I would recommend these shoes to anyone, they are perfect.

Ask for Jay. My gosh, patient and knowledgeable. She helped me AND my husband try on at least 15 different styles, all while being polite and with a smile. Looked up ones she didn't have and all over the store for others I might like.

Had a great experience at Skechers today! I was helped by Marcela who had incredible patience with all my questions and Janelle who held down the line when it got long. Marcela had to go in the back a few times to find a shoe my size (14) and even tried to find a similar style. But when I didnt like that style she offered to special order the style I did like in my size! What awesome customer service! I feel she went above and beyond to help a customer in need. 5 stars! (My BFs experience just posting on his behalf)

Went to the Winter Garden location today and was really impressed with the customer service I received from the sales associate named Trey. He was awesome. Went in just to browse and came out with three pairs of the whole family :) Thank you Trey. I’ll be back!
