Store Manager is the greatest asset to this location. He goes out his way to help people I was grateful for his support he reached out to mechanics about my AC compressor and he even came outside to look at the car for me. I been to several stores and they never assisted or went above and beyond, they act as though they was confused or just was too busy to assist!!! Thanks for Service!

My son-in-law had to have his battery replaced yesterday, so off to AutoZone we went. Last night, I discovered our Jeep battery had died in this Florida heat. I was so impressed with Ty at Store #4981 that there was no second thoughts as to my destination.

I came in with a battery that was originally purchased by another Autozone and I asked if they could change out the battery for me and the store manage Dhanraj was absolutely wonderful. He came out and changed my battery without any hesitation. He also provided exceptional customer service and was extremely nice. Thank you so much for helping me out today. Stay away from Discount Auto next door....they're always closed anyway.

Staff quickly identified the wiper blades I needed, and fitted them.

I went here today to buy new windshield wiper blades. Front and back. Nicholas took great care of me! I asked for some help replacing them. He volunteered right away. He came right out and replaced all three of them for me. Very nice guy. Great customer service! Thank you Nicholas.

So far of the stores I’ve been this is the best staffed the manager mingles with the customers to assure you best customer service, spotless store inventory properly marked and best of all staff at the ready for any question you might have.

Every time I come here, I learn something new and am treated with the utmost respect. The manager Raj and a female employee Samantha are extremely helpful every time I come in, and are able to answer virtually all of my questions. The prices here are fair, and the service goes above and beyond, to the point that I don’t go anywhere else for car parts if I can help it. Truly all of the employees here are exemplary, and are what a good neighborhood parts shop should strive to emulate.

They did not have the part I needed, but I could order it for next day delivery. They did a price match for a competitor also. Then called me the next day to let me know it was there. Excellent customer service!

I always come to this Winter Garden Autozone and Luis and Sam are Always very helpful. On My Last visit Ty showed exemplary service and really assisted me in buying the right brake pads. I applaud his efforts and look forward to his service on my next visit .
