Tim Hortons

this Tim Hortons is my favorite! (and we all know there is a lot of them) The staff is amazing and hard working (they need a raise!). My coffee and food is always perfect and I leave happy and excited. The area outside and inside is very clean, even the bathrooms!

This Tim Hortons is great now-a-days if you are nice to them they are extremely nice back, Don't get me wrong some mess-ups will happen and there may be an issue sometimes but please do not just show up and get mad at timmies employees for factors that are out of our control. We live in a small, not so populated town of gowanda, so if Tim Hortons runs out of something, order something else? How would you feel if you were an employee that has had a line of guests out the door all day and you had no time to run back to the freezer and bake a lemmon poppieseed muffin for the one customer who ordered it. Another thing, if you come to Tim Hortons on a regular basis, then you know we run out of certain items because we can only buy so much. One of these things being seasonal items like pumpkin spice, I apologize that the past 500 customers ordered pumpkin spice muffins and now we are completely out of them but you could get a pumpkin muffin as soon as we get them back, we would be happy to serve one to you. Please do not be rude to the workers it does not help anything, if we make a mistake don't leave and post some mean review it only hurts our business, come back in and request to have it fixed, it may take a little time so bare with us, but it will be fixed for you. Coming inside rather than the drive-through is always a safer bet if you have the time, I understand most people are in a rush, and the employees will try and serve you as soon as they can. If you read this, then thank you, Please be nice to timmies, or else it will end like Burger King.

If it wasn't for Tim Horton, I wouldn't drink coffee. I don't eat ANYTHING here, but 😍 their coffee with 2&1/2 cream!

After riding up from Warren, PA its good to find this place on 62 north. A lot of Homish south; not much coffee! But pretty country coming thru Persia. The food and coffee taste better in New York! Sherman stole the Allegheny river in PA. Good to be in New York!

Every day we had our coffee on our stay. The best coffee any where. And we are from Minnesota

Kayla is always very pleasant and patient whether I am alone or when I have children yelling 5 orders over me. :) Her uniform is always neat and she always present herself as very professional.

Great coffee and doughnuts as well as , muffins , bagels , breakfast samwiches . They also have some lunch items , such as , wraps and small subs ! Nice , clean atmosphere that offers eat-in/take-out as well as , a drivethru with good service !

I've gone here since I was little and it was like a treat. Great smoothies and tea selection. I've heard the coffee is good (I'm not a coffee person) and great meals.

I absolutely love this place visit it a few times per week for coffee and even get one of the great lunch sandwiches every now and then. Very fast and friendly staff

Its great to have a Tim Hortons in this area, not another one for miles, or serval towns away, service is a little slow but that because its the only one close.
